    Angela is the bomb! She takes incredible care of our subdivision, with very little appreciation for her efforts. We lost her for several months, and the subdivision started to go to pot. We were beyond excited to get her back in charge of our area once again. Neighborhood Management does a fantastic job and is highly recommended.

    Angela is a gift. It’s a blessing to have an association manager that listens, cares and gets things done for our neighborhood. When our neighborhood facilities are not kept up, our daily living spaces start to break down and can even affect the health and the well being of our kids and families, not to mention to value of our homes. She’s quick with communications of all types, knowledgeable, loyal, committed, and passionate about her job and the communities she manages. Nicole truly wants what’s best for our community and she’s devoted liked no other.     I have been so impressed with Dani Medlin as our property manager. She started as a substitute manager and she fit with our board so well, that she got assigned to us. I love the way she is on top of everything even though she has many other properties to take care of. I also love the way she is always checking in with our board and ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our community. We are working to upgrade our CCRs as they are very old. Its quite a challenge and Dani has jumped on board with us on this project.

    I cant say enough good things about my experience now that Justin Kennady is my communitys contact at Neighborhood Management. He spent over an hour with me during our first phone call as he put in the time to gain an understanding of the challenges our homeowners have been facing, especially those with one of our service providers in particular. He took the initiative not only to provide recommendations on alternate vendors for that service but also for other projects that we need to do to keep up with our routine maintenance needs.     My company, FairClaims Roofing and Construction, just completed a major project with Neighborhood Management Inc and I must say that they were extremely easy to work with. Heather Glover was the Community Relations Manager that I worked with and she made the entire process very manageable. They handled all the communication with the homeowners and residents and fielded any questions they had. She interacted very well with the HOA board and was a liaison between the board and myself. I honestly had no idea how much work actually went into managing a property of this size (191 Units) and she handled it with such ease and consideration. Heather allowed my company to do what it does best, which is the actual replacement of the roofs, gutters, screens and a new fence. I trusted her and the entire Neighborhood Management to help make the project a complete success.     NMI has been servicing our neighborhood for about a year. We are still a community under construction. With that in mind, we have constant issues with speeding construction vehicles, messes from job sites blowing through our community and more. I appreciate that our manager Megan is on top of the community. If I e-mail her about a problem or something that doesn’t appear up to par, she fixes it. A perfect example was an observation about depleted fire rock in our community fire feature. I e-mailed her and she immediately ordered more product to bring it up to par. Another example would be her assistance in getting the builder owned board to sign off on purchasing us an AED for our pool. This was an incredibly important piece of safety equipment for our community to have!Living in an HOA isn’t easy, people don’t always maintain their homes to the standard we are supposed to expect. Some people don’t like to follow rules. NMI does a could job of staying on top of unsightly yards and other issues in an effort to keep our community looking good.Now if they can just convince our builder to provide a basketball court for the kids and teens in our community! I would give them 10 stars if they pulled that off.

    Having a neighborhood manager like Dani is always a blessing. She truly has the best interest of the neighborhood and wants it to stay safe and maintained. Dani manages the neighborhood as if it was an investment in her own properties.

    Heather Glover with Abbey Crossing is by far the best property manager I have ever had in my past experiences. She is professional, compassionate, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to offer help or assistance.     I have no issues with Neighborhood Management thus far. Heather Glover is our Community Association Manager and this is my honest review.So far, Heather is best on whatever she does and asked for. By the time i am done asking for something her accurate response is already received!She is super fast, very helpful, listens to the issue, and I like how she updates community members with tips and/or any important surrounding updates.
