    It is so hard to find a reliable property management company, mostly due to the people. When I first walked with Cassie, I knew right away she would be trustworthy. She’s attentive and really on top of each of my properties. She was able to find me a renter for 2 and retain 3 other tenants. Overall, I’m glad I came across NCDG and look forward to continuing my business with them.

    Cassie the agent who took over our properties have been amazing. She managed to evict the non paying tenant and her team fixed up the property and re-rented the property 30% more than the original rental rate. So far have been very happy their services
