My husband and I were residents of these apartments when they were called the Blair Towers. We move there because we both are hospital workers. On April of 2022, the whole building received evection notice due to renovations. We thought it was prank and they they refuse to relocate us and on top of that we had just paid our Aprils rent. We lived on the 4th and 6th floor. They changed manager at least 6 to 7 time a year. ALL of the appliance were old and out of date and we had mole growing from our windows and air conditioner. The hallways smell real bad and the elevator stayed going out. So now that they have remodeled me and the hubby decided to try again. 3 times the charm I love the Iris Luxury Apartment, they have did a whole 360 to these apartment. All 3 managers are so professional and polite. When I say I love my apartment I really mean that. All new stainless appliance, brand new washer and dryer. Concierge garbage pick up. Nice hardwood floor, the kitchen and the bathroom are so fancy and updated. I love it here. I love to be able to walk to and from work, and to get home to a nice luxury apartment in the sky I give the Iris Luxury Apartment a 10. We will be here for a long while.

Myan management has been a EXCELLENT company to be associated with! They have the best team! Andrea their regional is so kind and caring! They have some amazing managers and properties. Libby is another one of our favorite people from Myan! They have been a pleasure working with and I look forward to our future together!

I have felt inspired to express my thoughts about Myan Property Management Group and its staff. I cant emphasize enough how great they are. As the Vice President and Director of Operations of A-List Apartment Staffing, myself and our company has been in the multifamily property management industry for 30 years, and weve been collaborating and working closely with Myan for over 15 years. On Friday August 10th at 10:30 a.m. I drove thru to visited Quail Hollow Apartments I stop in to visit with the agent Amy T who took me around the property to see apartment 503 it was a very nice apartment and she was very nice and professional person I advised her I was selling my home and wanted a good decent place to live and she told me to look no further and sold me on this property and sold me on the price and the convenience of this property if I was to lease there. but my significant other wants to be in the mesquite area. this is truly a property you must check out shes a very nice and professional young lady.

Just left visiting this apartment complex spoke with Anny Tidwell and she was very helpful in assisting me and showing me the model I feel pretty good about this place she made me feel welcome and have a very bubbly personality its hard finding good friendly people like this she rocks !
