I keep forgetting to leave a review on here . I’ve been living here for over a year now it will be 2 years soon . I do plan on renewing my lease here . Management Marisela is so sweet , professional and very helpful . Maintenance work very fast whenever I have any issues . The new staff members are amazing as well. This is not a paid review or anything this is a real person speaking from my personal experience. I stay directly to myself and mind my own business I love living here . I feel so comfortable. It’s very peaceful here . I’m so excited to live here and to raise my son here as well. The only thing I would like for us to have is updated washers and dryers . Besides that nice apartment complex , very quiet complex to be exact . I’ve never experienced this before I am so grateful to live here and hope to continue to renew my lease here as a resident .

Mountain Ridge ApartmentsI just want to take time out to thank theCommunity Manager Marisela Figueroa. My story starts with Ive been at this apartment community for just a few months now. Im a very quiet resident that likes to stay to myself, pay my bills and have no issues. The issues that I have had I have been treated with respect and as a good tenant by the community manager and staff. This makes staying here in this community a blessing. I definitely appreciate when properties hire managers that appreciate their tenants and always treat them with human decency. Also I do like the outside upgrades that are being made. This is a positive image that the property is putting funds to good use to entice new positive residents to the property.

Mountain Ridge Apartments are very clean, nice, quiet and welcoming. The application process was fast and easy. With my first apt the ladies in the office were very helpful and helped me with everything. They helped me with getting approved, rentals insurance, lights on, parking and explained everything in my lease I had questions about. My apt was freshly painted, new carpet, beautiful counter tops, &very clean appliances. And I havent seen a roach. I highly recommend these apartments. The new management office team and the maintenance team are top notch. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The manager Maria in the office is so nice and professional. The new management installed new po boxes for the mail. The apartments are very quiet, except when the gardeners are here with their noisy leaf blowers and lawn mowers. Otherwise garbage is picked up often. I only wish that they build covered parking to protect the cars from hail.

I’ve lived here going 3 years, just like anywhere else it’s not always perfect but the office staff will do whatever it takes to make their residents happy. They’re professional but very down to earth and friendly. They also have events for the residents and hold crime watch meetings. The property is very well kept and just very recently they made some very major improvements and renovations to the property and it looks great. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and associates.

I have been a very satisfied tenant for 3 years now. Apartment staff (Sandra and Johanna) are always super pleasant, courteous, helpful and friendly. If, there is ever an issue in your apartment the maintenance staff is very prompt and gets the job done, no need for 2nd call. No parking space issues, we all get assigned parking spaces. Crime watch meetings held once a month, which is a great way to stay informed about our surroundings. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay at Mountain Ridge Apartments!!!

I moved to this apartment complex on June 6, 2015. They are very quite and safe, I highly recommend this apartments specially because of their staff. They really take care of this complex, anything that needs to be fixed, they take care of the problem as soon as you report it. They are clean and very responsible, take care of the community, have meetings to inform you about everything, have activities for their residents. Who will do that for you? come and visit Sandra, the best manager ever!

My husband and I have been living here since 10/2016 and we love the apartments it is very quiet and very clean never had any problems with any of my neighbors at all. The only complaint would be the parking spaces they are very narrow other than that we love it here maintenance is very prompt to come out. Sandra and Johanna are great they are very helpful and understanding they are great office staff.

I used to be a resident here back in 2010. And I have to strongly say that I have nothing bad to say about this community. It was my first apartment, management was nice. The crew were very punctual and respectful. Parking was limited and small spaces but overall I would give them a 100% score. You will not be disappointed.

I moved to the apartments around April 2017, so far my experience has been great. When maintaince is needed they are quick to come and service or check what is going on. I love love love the fact that they know my kids. It’s amazing to know such a great management team. They are very secure, friendly and it’s a calm quiet community!!! I do highly recommend Mountain Ridge Apartments!Thank you management and staff for all that you do!!! 😍😍😍

So ive been here for almost a year and dalia is amazing absolutely love this community and the management . When i moved in it was switching over to this new company and when i tell you they are amazing … they are amazing . Highly recommend.. their communication with the tenants is great maintenance is fast acting and resolve youre problems.. its quiet and ive never had an issue ! Love it here ill be renewing my lease! 🖤

I loved living here! Very calm environment and the staff in the office was always so helpful even after hours. I got married and sadly had to break my lease, but Sandra the office manager was so sweet and helped me through the process.

She gave me great information about the property, prices in the units but unfortunately they were full with occupancy. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day and it is very quiet property. Highly recommended if you are looking for an apartment.

As a resident of 4 years I highly recommend these Apts as a place to live. Very quite and safe community and the management staff really goes above and beyond in taking care of their residents. Premises always kept clean and maintenance done on time. The staff makes you feel welcomed right at home always very respectful and professional. Great place for families and single people to live in. Have made alot of good friends here too. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in!

Fast serviceKnowledgeable... If you can catch them before Lunch. Getting them on the phone is a miracle but catching them in probably between 9:00 and 11:00 is a good go the girl at the first desk is very curteous and helpful.

I love this place, It is very quite and peaceful. When theres something wrong with your apt the maintance guys get here as soon as you place the work order. the office people are nice and sincere they are very awesome ladies, I love the pool very clean I love it!

I have been renting my apartment for 6 months, and I can say that it is very comfortable to live in this complex, everything is very quiet and clean, my neighbors are very friendly, and the staff is very kind since I asked if they had it for rent, they helped me a lot and were very kind to me and my family, and the maintenance always fixes it immediately, I definitely recommend these apartments

The best apartments I have lived in in Dallas, there are no pests of any kind, the garbage truck always passes on time, there is always space for the cars, the service of the staff, both those who repair and the girls in the office, is very friendly and the price is the best, very affordable, the only thing I would like is for controlled access, the entrance door is always open, but otherwise I love mountain ridge

Excellent place has very good service in all areas, the stay here is very good in these years that I have here they always respond quickly to any request I need and always attentive to our needs as residents without counting that they always surprise us with festive events and The areas are always very clean, without a doubt an excellent place 😉
