    My family & I were residents of a Morris Realty Property for almost 4 years but had to leave out of country due to a family emergency. Morris Realty and Manager Brian went above and beyond to help us make that transition happen. Upon returning to the states there was a rental history misunderstanding with a new agency that almost inhibited us from obtaining our move-in keys. Brian and his team at Morris Realty were very quick to respond and clarify the needed information so that my family could move in.     Morris Realty has been our property manager at our rental for almost 5 years. They have always been so helpful and courteous and professional. Any time we needed any sort of maintenance they took care of it quickly.We recently decided to buy a house and used Craig Morris as our realtor.     I just recently moved from Morris Realty Complex in the business building on Walzem Rd. I leased a space from the owner, Randy Morris from April 2003 to March 2024. Any issues that I had were quickly resolved. I would call Mr. Morris, if maintenance was needed and he would handle it expeditiously. He also has a great crew of landscapers that kept his buildings looking well mannicured. Mr. Morris charged a fair rate and would allow arrangements if needed. I had a great 21 years of being a tenant on his property with an excellent location. I highly recommend his location for your business needs.

    I am a renter, I rent house from a friend of mine who has Morris Realty as their Property Management Company. I called for a repair request, my garage door went off track, it was older and had a dent in it that finally just cracked. My garage door has always banged and rattled the whole way up or down. I called Morris Realty on a Saturday, left a message by mid day Randy Morris called me to inform me that he had contacted Garage Door Repair and they would most likely reach out to me on Monday. I never expected to hear from Morris Realty on a Saturday, especially because it was not really and emergency other than it was about half way open and it was a bit of safety concern for me. It was so nice to hear from him, he was concerned about us and asked if we were ok and was it a safety issue or would it be able to wait, since most companies really dont work 7 days a week. I really appreciate that Randy called me back, even if the repair had to wait. The fact that he was working over the weekend and checking messages means a lot to me! This is not the first time Randy has done that, our AC went out last year, over the weekend of course! Randy responded to my repair request call on a Sunday. We did have to wait until Monday to get a AC repair man out BUT the fact that I was acknowledged and received a return call, proves that they do care about a renters safety and well being!! Back to my story! I wasnt expecting the garage door repair man to come over the weekend anyway. BUT they text me on Monday and said they would arrive on Tuesday. They text me Tuesday and said they would be at my house an hour earlier, awesome! I arrived at my house and 3 minutes later they arrived and 30 minutes later my garage door was running smooth as silk! Not even a sound other than the motor running! I truly believe if not for Randy quickly responding to my calls on both occasions, then I would wait 2 or 3 more days before someone would come out! So a big THANK YOU! Randy Morris Realty!

    I was the lender on a transaction where Elias was the listing agent. I deal with a lot of listing agents and normally, on my end, they are not very responsive and are just waiting for the deal to close. This is NOT how Elias handles his business and it was such a nice change to see a listing agent that was hands on during the process. He communicated with me throughout the process, and when lender required repairs came up he tackled those head on and got them completed right away. I was very impressed with Elias from start to finish and anyone that is lucky enough to work with Elias should be thankful because he goes above and beyond what most agents do. I had a minor plumbing issue with the toilet that I noticed from the first day of moving in to the home, so I put in a service request to have it repaired. Brian immediately reached out to me and was kind and professional, and had a plumber to my house in no time! I really appreciate the service they provided to me. And Im the kind of person who more appreciates how they do it as well, and It was a breath of fresh air to speak with Morris Realty in how they treated me with respect and kindness... like an actual human being as compared to other places (especially other people) that I have unfortunately run into in the past that didnt care about any kind of kindness at all.
