I have lived here for the last 6 months and the office staff and their service are outstanding. Usually they meet any need within 24 hours. For example, I told Dawn in the office yesterday that the water in my sink and tub was draining slowly. Within 24 hours, a plumber came and fixed the problem. This office staff listens to your requests and meets the need right away.Management is on top of meeting the needs of the tenants. Dawn spent plenty of time with helping me set up my apartment and doing a walk through. She answered all of my questions, which were many. The complex is in top condition. Everything’s clean. I felt better appreciated by Dawn the leasing agent.

This is my first time moving into an apartment and Maribel Jasso, has been very kind and considerate through out the process of application to moving date. Any questions I had or any extra information she needed from me we were always in contact. There was no miscommunication. The apartment was left in good condition, there was the safety bar missing from the sliding door from the previous tenants, however Maribel addressed my concern and was able to get someone in immediately to get it fixed. Along with the rest of the staff has been welcoming and kind.

Me and my wife have been apartment hunting and stumbled across this absolute gem! Dawn was the woman who took care of us with applications and a tour and she was absolutely amazing. She worked with us to find solutions and really brightened up our day with her bright and cheery smile. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and the complex is not only spotless and clean, but family friendly too! I can speak for the both of us when I say we’re super excited to be leasing with them and if you or someone you know is looking for an affordable yet beautiful place to call home then look no further than the Montford Crossings! My family and I went to apply for an apartment. Ana treated us and she was very very helpful throughout the whole process. Any question she had or any extra information she needed we were always in contact. Everything I needed to know she told me there was no miscommunication. I’ve never experienced such great service from any other apartment complex this speak a lot about her professionalism. From the application process through the approval she was really helpful.

I absolutely loved my time at Montfort Crossing. I lived here about 3 years and grew very fond of the other residents, as well as the staff. Trisha and Maribel were always professional and friendly, and the two maintenance guys were fast, very nice, and really know their stuff. The parking spaces are nicely sized, with a generous and easy guest permitting process. The whole complex was quiet, with minimal noise disturbances. I would not hesitate to recommend Montfort Crossing to anyone who needs a great place to live at a fair price in North Dallas.

I recently move inn to this apartment. I have no complaints what so ever. The apartment are very clean. Theres alot of parking spot which is a plus for me and the most important the staff has great customer service. Please ask for Maribel she goes the extra miles for her customers. Thank you

I toured at various Westdale properties and this one by far was one of my best experience. The staff was so nice and helpful they answered all my questions that I had. Especially eddie he was the one who gave me my tour and made sure I was comfortable as well as offered me water which was greatly appreciated. I plan on putting in my application in soon I felt very welcomed at Montfort crossing:)

My husband and I have moved here since April 2017. We had such a wonderful experience with Stephanie during the process of application and touring the place. Stephanie left the company to go to school so it was a bummer for us. However, the wonderful experience did not stop because the manager Jackie and the rest of the management team have always been helpful and polite.We love our unit. It is smaller than our old place in Mesquite but we feel much more like home. We have a little toddler and we like how open the unit feels so we can keep up with her. I can cook and keep my eyes on her while shes in the living room. Versus in our old place, I could not see her from the kitchen.The rent is very affordable especially in this rich neighborhood. It is even cheaper than in Mesquite which is unheard of. The neighbors around us are quiet and nice. But we are on the first floor so sometimes we hear the ones upstairs.Water cost is more than the usual price I have heard from the other apartment complexes. They informed me around $30 to $40 when we first moved in but I guess since its summer time and water is needed more so they sent out a notice saying water price was increased by $30 a person (if I remember correctly).The only thing I can say that I am bothered by is that, during the late evening, almost every night, some cars alarms go off for like 5 min every time for some reason. It wakes my toddler out of her sleep.Overall, I am very happy to be here. We hope WestDale wont sell this complex. They owned the one we stayed in Mesquite and it was great. Then they sold it and it just downgraded badly.

I and my husband enjoy our apartment during our stay. The staff were awesome. Trisha and Ana were always helpful, the maintenance guy were always on time when called. I will definitely refer my friends to montfort crossing apartment. Thanks for everything.

This is one of the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. This experience was better than the over priced luxury leasing that I usually went for. The location here you cannot beat especially for the price. Think about this, Preston Hollow is south of you. Galleria mall is less than a mile north. West of you is a nursing home ( quite) and business/hotel. East of you is any restaurant you can think of. Maintenance team came the same day when My a/c unit had a issue. Dollar for dollar, this is the move to make. Dont be fooled by the over priced luxury apartments living on top of one another. Get bang for your buck here.

My electric stove went out Saturday night in the middle of cooking!!! Called maintenance expecting Service restoration on Monday; I was pleasantly surprised when I came back Sunday evening that my stove had been repaired by Mr. Armando who left a note! Excellent service by Armando.

Well, regarding the attention received throughout the entire process to be able to rent an apartment, I simply have to thank the treatment given by the people in charge at the office, which was spectacular. They gave me all the facilities and explained to me from A to A. Z all the requirements and procedures to be able to apply and of course to be able to access an apartment and of course without leaving out the maintenance staff who are very friendly and are always ready to help.
