We had amazing service from Monarch. We lived at 4974 Gem Street. A plant was growing out of the wall and the owners came to look at it. The interaction did not go well and the female owner tried to forcibly enter the house after our approved meeting time. She accosted me. Four months later, the male that owns the home emailed us a really weird letter that just let us know we live in his head rent-free for the cost of the deposit we got back. These home owners have serious issues and I hope they get therapy of some kind.Monarch has done everything in their power to help us. We live in a beautiful, bigger new house for the same price we were paying before. Nancy, the receptionist is fantastic. We got our deposit back because the owners entered when we were cleaning it out, when we were still on the lease, without a notice, or anything.My partner and I have felt like Monarch protected us and has been on our side, we just got unlucky with the owners. They do the real job if a real estate rental agency in keeping the renters safe.

I have looked at a lot of different places and different companies, I have found that there are good and bad to all. The person who showed me and my roommate the property was very polite and knowledge able. He made us feel very comfortable. I have read the reviews here and feel that some of these reviews are negative based on the move out but not the actual experience. We took the apartment because Mr Marrujo we very forward and honest with us about his policies. When the lease was signed he explained everything in detail and there was nothing questionable. I feel like those people whom have had complaints didnt read their lease correctly when signing it or paid attention to what was being said while signing lease.Edit: To My Solis, no I am not fake, I just feel that I have family that served in the Military and didnt come back to expecting special treatments simply because they served and lost a limb. I mention him specifically because he is who we dealt with although Nancy is also very sweet. I hope for your sake you find a place to live where you can do as you please.

I have nothing but good things to say about Monarch. They are wonderful to work with, and they go out of their way to help you with any maintenance issues you may have. Monarch truly takes care about the tenants. Ive been with Monarch for over two years now, and not once have I had any problems with them. Ive ALWAYS had my deposit returned in FULL. The entire staff is AMAZING and I will stay with them as long as I live in Las Cruces. Adam and Nancy are a pleasure to work with, super friendly and easy to talk to. If you need to rent or find a place, I highly recommend Monarch!!! GREAT JOB MONARCH 👏❤

Monarch manages our rental house in las cruces. They helped us when we had a bad renter. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a property management group.

Not sure what Rena Mares problem is but thes people have been great to me! The entire office has been helpful with finding my sister a great place to live. They have been very responsive with maintenance and always made me feel taken care of. There will never be perfect nieghbors but we are Renters and understand that. No rental company is perfect but Monarch is the one of the Best

Have been with Monarch for a few years now and we love it. Something breaks or needs to be serviced and its done within hours of my call. Adam has gone out of his way to make sure my family has a safe comfortable home. Nancy is amazing shes always smiling when you walk into the office and ready to help you in any way she can. Monarch is the only real esate company i will ever use because no one can beat there great customer service. Thank you Monarch for making my home a happy one!
