I don’t think there is any agent who is quicker to respond to their client needs. Anytime I called night or day he always picked up even if it was to tell me I’ll call you right back. He understands the market, price points, has a huge network and was never pushy or made us feel pressured in any situation. His honest advice and patience with the process got us through selling a large home during the Fall season when it’s typically difficult to sell a home. I had the pleasure of working with Syed Mubashir of M&M Realty and overall, it was an extremely positive experience.Helpfulness: Syed was very prompt in his responses to all of my questions, even at past working hours. He provided me with honest opinions and guidance that helped me with the decision making process. He was timely in meeting up when checking out a property. When I needed to compare quotes, I would use his guidance and being a new buyer that was of much value because I wasnt aware of the costs associated with choosing a lender. He had historical figures on lots, insurances, lenders, home purchasing prices etc and he makes them available to you.Network: He has a very good and growing network, which comes in handy when you are shopping for home insurance, lenders etc. All of his referrals were great and I ended up using his recommended lender and home insurer. Got good deals from both of them.Commission: Syed is very humble and willing to share a decent percentage (in my opinion) of his earned commission with you upon closing. I mean, he has a family to feed but he is still willing to help you out as much as he can.Last but not the least his customer service demeanor is of one of the highest I have experienced. As first time home buyers we had no clue where to start and what important questions we needed answered before putting in a offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for us or not. Syed was very thorough and gave us his honest opinion. Not only did he explain the home buying process crystal clear but he also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. Syed really knows what hes doing and he is not pushy in anyway on buying the first home right away. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. He would let me know if he was going to be unreachable for a couple of hours, but he always found a way to communicate with me. Fortunately, it turns out to be the best choice I made. I could not find a better agent to assist me in my recent transaction. I needed to close the deal within relatively a short time frame and his communication skills were amazing. Whether calling him after business hours, texting or emailing his response time was almost immediate. I extremely appreciate his work dedication and commitment to make him self available at all times.
