Mistr PM has managed my AirBnb and VRBO property from the moment I decided to move my property from a long term rental to a short term rental. The data based metrics they were able to provide on STRs in my area gave me confidence in my decision and allowed me to see what my competition looked like. The inventory, cleaning, maintenance, and other daily tasks that could be tedious and time consuming to manage as a property owner with a full time “day job” are easily and efficiently taken care of by Mistr PM. Any significant issues are brought to me prior to resolution so i can provide feedback and i receive a monthly report with a breakdown of expenses and a “look ahead” of upcoming maintenance needs. As of now, my property has either met or exceeded the projected earnings for each month, with summer surprisingly being some of my most profitable months. I attribute this to the organization and responsiveness of Mist PM as my property manager, and i would highly recommend them if you’re looking to take the uncertainty out of investing in a short term rental.
