I am very content with my stay at these apartments which are modern and well kept. This property is gated with a pool that gets cleaned weekly and a private gym that is well equipped. I like that there is an app in which I can conveniently submit maintenance tickets and also pay rent all in the same place. Sam is the onsite maintenance technician and he is very helpful and super respectful of our apartment alongside our belongings in which he makes sure to supervise when pest control comes in for their monthly service. The property manager Claudia is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to keep this community safe and running smoothly. Thank you for all that you do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I lived in Midtown Brownsville for two years, and these apartments have been the best Ive ever lived in. The office manager, Claudia, is invaluable, and her customer service is excellent. I used to think that leasing managers were unfriendly and unsympathetic, but Claudia is the complete opposite. During my first year, I lived in a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, which was lovely. All units have washer and dryer connections, which was one of my requirements. In my second year, I moved to a two-bedroom, two-bath unit right next to the pool. I never experienced noise issues, as the apartments have very good insulation. I also never heard any noise from my neighbors, which I appreciated. The amenities are fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The gym is average but has all the essential equipment you need. Theres also a large, clean dog park, which is a nice bonus. The maintenance staff was great as well; they always responded promptly to my requests. Overall, I highly recommend Midtown Brownsville apartments. They offer fantastic customer service, are extremely clean, and have excellent amenities. What more could you want?!

Living in Midtown apartments was an absolutely amazing experience. The property manager Claudia is extremely helpful and available. The location of the apartments is in a perfect place where you have access to central businesses in the city but also space to not feel the hustle and bustle. The apartment complex is gated and is very clean and well taken care of. Dog friendly, with amazing amenities. If you have your fur companions and are looking for a comfortable living with your pet, this is the place as they also have a dog park within the complex. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and you can pay your rent online, which is extremely beneficial if you don’t have time throughout the day. I truly do not have any negative remarks, as I felt very comfortable and safe residing in the apartments. I would 100% recommend them to be seen if you are looking for an apartment, as the inside of the apartments are also very beautiful and spacious.

Renting with Midtown apartments has been great. The staff is wonderful and I have to applaud Claudia, one of the property managers. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of renting. She responds timely to any questions or concerns and she cares about the tenants and is extremely personable. The complex is very clean and nice new modern amenities. Great place to rent for a great price.

Lived here shortly for about 6 months, during that period of time I had zero issues. Claudia was a HUGE help from beginning to end. I loved having my kids school right across the street. And the amenities were always kept up. Great place to live.

Claudia is amazing. She ensured my move in didn’t have any issues as I was moving in from out of state. She worked overtime to ensure my apartment was ready to move in. Her and Sam even helped me move in. Professional and really good at what they do!

I absolutely loved living in these apartments, everything was great and not to mention property manager Claudia, in the beginning she made the whole process super easy and fast. She was super helpful and kind. Claudia always made me feel welcomed and like if I was right at home, if I had any questions or concerns she would always go out of her way to take care of it. Claudia has been one of the best person i have worked with when it came to property managers. It was a pleasure to get to know Claudia and work with her. These apartments were always clean and the amenities are so great. Would definitely consider reapplying when I go back to the valley.

I absolutely love and appreciate the efforts that Kaitlyn, Cynthia, and Claudia make on a daily basis for the apartments. They are professional and respectful at all times. MidTown Brownsville apartments have a ton to offer in terms of amenities and tenant customer service. It’s top notch! The pool is a spacious oasis, the gym is fully equipped, yoga room is perfect in terms of space and equipment, the den area available for tenants to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, last but not least a cute and accessible dog park. I highly recommend Midtown Brownsville! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all I want to give a BIG shout out to Ms. Claudia she was so polite and has such a beautiful vibe. Ms. Claudia made the process so smooth and easy. She literally brought light back into our lives. She gave us a tour of the grounds and the model home amenities. My boys and I are so happy that we founds this beautiful apartment complex.

I highly recommend these apartments as the best. They are modern, spacious, have excellent amenities and a very good location. The administrator Enrique and his assistant Cynthia are very organized, do an excellent job and are always on top of what is needed.
