We needed to sell dad’s house and contacted Brooke. She understood we were out of town and proceeded to take care of everything. Guided us to companies to get the house cleaned/plumbing repairs and listed it and had it sold in two days at a fair value. She saw to all our needs, answered all our questions, was available and took a genuine interest in us. We were very pleased with process and would recommend her without reservation.

Would highly recommend! The Underwood Group is so kind and helpful. Bill especially has been quick to respond, helpful, and a very pleasant person to work with! He went out of his way to show us a house we were interested in renting on a Saturday and was incredibly kind during the application process. When we are ready to buy - this is who we will go with!
