Staying in an older home has some quirks to it and Joseph has consistently been straight forwardwith quick responses and fast solutions. He was even helpful to accommodate my health needs with regards to the apartment before move in. 10/10.

I just recently moved from Page Ave location and had lived there for over 3 years. I was very pleased with Joe the property manager. Joe always addressed anything I needed which was maybe once in the 3 years I was there. Its central location is great for buses and the local shopping as well as churches. Also downtown dinning and shopping you dont have to drive just hop on the bus. I did not want to move and would not have moved except for relocation of my job. I would rent from Mid South Real Estate if I am back in there area. He would be my first call. Affordable rent. Hope you enjoy your move to this area.

The property is really nice and in a great location. Joseph had always responded promptly to any issues that have ever come up. I think if anyone has had a negative experience, it might be that they had unrealistic expectations.
