    My family & I had to relocate to Texas for work & while still living in California, Karen was in excellent contact with us and was fast with all her responses. A year later she is still amazing and still fast at responding. Any service requests we put in they made sure they were handled in a timely manner.

    Management is friendly but not intrusive. Both managers and maintenance personnel are professional and cordial when attending to service requests. Response time to requests is good. Managements expectations of residents adherence to lease terms are clearly stated. Im starting my seventh year here. Metroplex is our third property manager and is the best yet. They know their job and they do it well.

    I have had to deal with quite a few property management companies in the past 15 years, and I have found Steve and Karen to be the most responsive, professional group to work with yet. If there are any issues at the properties, they are addressed in a timely manner. Communication is always prompt and helpful.

    I own 8 rental properties in the Alliance area. A few years ago I chose Metroplex Homes for their A+ BBB rating, NARPM membership, full-time management (not a side business), a local office with solid knowledge of the local market, and online statements. I am grateful for choosing them, they have done high quality maintenance for me with great attention to detail, at reasonable cost. They also carefully qualify tenants, and are very responsive to both tenants and owner. Thanks to their dedication my properties are in top shape, my tenants are happy, and I enjoy rental income and peace of mind.

    I have been vendor for Metroplex Homes for over twenty years. Roy, Karen, and Teresa have been professional in every aspect of property management.I wouldnt hesitate to have them manage one to one hundred properties. They return phone calls, answer questions, resolve issues so effectively it makes it very simple to do business them. I highly recommend them whether you are a tennant or an owner.

    We use Metroplex Homes to manage a couple of our properties and would recommend them to anybody looking for a rental property management company. They helped us get the houses ready to wow potential tenants with high ROI ideas. They take care of the tenants and only involve us when needed to approve a cost above the threshold we set.

    House had lots wrong with it, Id never buy the house but they were very responsive on fixing the issues.When I moved in the instructions did not have the gas company to use and I had no heat for a few days. When I told them they changed the move in instructions to have the gas company on.All in all not bad.
