Some friends and I were looking for an apartment, and happened to get connected to Metro Realty after looking up places online. We had Gary as our realtor, and he did an awesome job. He understood what exactly we wanted in the area we specified. Granted, there wasnt much for what we wanted, but he found us some good options. He also helped us through the entire paperwork and financial process. Overall, good experience and I highly recommend Gary. I dont know about the rest of the team there.

I am an absentee owner of a rental unit in Austin, Texas. I have used this company for years and have never had a problem. They have managed the property professionally and supply comprehensive and periodic reports. I hardly ever have any contact with them. Bill R

Even though many of the questions I ask are super annoying and I can totally find them in my lease--and can definitely be more patient when it comes to work orders, I love the main receptionist. That Asian girl in the back who looks like shes eating all the time is pretty cute too.That Bill guy that works as a maintenance guy seems to get the jobs done. The only complaint I have about him is that hes ALWAYS drinking Gatorade and never seems to want to share.

I have never had much success with really offices, but metro realty is top notch. Ended up finding a great deal on an apartment close to campus. I would highly recommend people check this place out when apartment shopping.

Ive found metro to be reliable and responsive to maintenance requests. Everyone has bad experiences with landlords, but over all theyve been great.
