Me and my family lived at one of their properties in Dallas for 3 years. We were very happy and grateful with how they handled the winter storm of 2021 (Dallaska). We could not get in touch with the leasing office, so we called Merge and they had the property manager contact us immediately. They sent the maintenance guy right away to fix our flood in the living room. They really care about their residents. Thank you Merge!!!

Merge has been one of the easiest management companies to work with. They are very responsive and urgent in dealing with property matters, especially in times of catastrophe (IE Texas Freeze, Hurricane Harvey, etc.). They are also very transparent and professional. The leadership team is down to earth and treat their employees with TLC. Great Management Company!

Good management company. They sold our apartments and the new company is not good at all. Never answer the phone and office always closed. I wish Merge was back, they took care of the residents. (North Dallas Property)

I had an issue with my A/C at move in on one of their properties. The regional and the property manager were very helpful and courteous. The regional even called me a few days later to check up on me and make sure everything was fine in my home.Thank you ladies for your help!!

The manger (Deanne) of Woodcreek Apartments in Wimberley has been amazing to work with when it comes to their properties landscaping irrigation wants/needs and relaying that message to us. Chris, the maintenance man, has been very helpful when it comes to pointing out irrigation leaks or turning off the backflow to stop irrigation water until we can access the leak. Again, these very great people to work with.
