Dont know why this place has terrible ratings and comments. Mercantile has been nothing but good to me and my wife for the 3 years weve been with them and the landlord as well. Laurie was extremely helpful. The maintenance crew always showed up quickly when things needed to get fixed,even on weekends.We also recieved our deposit back as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will gladly use them in the future if need be. One thing I do know is that when you act like an adult you will get treated like one. -

I rented a house from them for 3 years and have no complaints about anyone or anything. The maintenance guys all the way to the landlord himself were fast to respond when something broke or needed replacing. The ladies up front were always kind and answered any question I had. I would happily use them again should the situation arise. Thank you all! -

The guy that owned our house tried to mess everything up. Luckily Mercantile was able to fix everything. Find us a better place to live. Were extremely helpful. I refuse to use anyone else in Nacogdoches. Friendly staff and even wanted our house to be perfect for our adoption home study. -

Friendly customer service. I give 4 stars because they dont offer online payments and paying with Credit Card or Debit incurs a small fee. Must pay with cash or check to avoid fees. -
