When my hot water tank burst on Friday, Dickinson arrived very quickly and made sure everything was safely shut off. He even drained the remaining water to prevent further leaks, as the tank had already started leaking into the surrounding area. By Monday, Dickinson and Jose had the new tank installed swiftly and efficiently. They also returned a few hours later to confirm everything was working properly. The coordination and prompt service from the team were outstanding, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

The environment as I walked into the office was very welcoming, and everyone was extremely helpful, from the concierge to the Manager of the property, they all helped and were able to answer every question with detailed information. More specifically the assistant property manager Mrs. Vasti was very attentive and showed great knowledge.

Ms. Tru was an awesome help. She’s very polite, respectful & knowledgeable about the community. She answered all my concerns & gave a very great tour of the property. I nicknamed her Ms.Get The Job Done!! So if you guys need the job done she’s the go too.

Let me start by saying Mr.Tyrese Powell yes the best 5star lease agent when I tell you ask for him please the staff will make you feel at home trust me I been looking all around Downtown area that man talk to me to understand how they do things much respect thank you for letting me come back and help me but to see how the other lease agent was with the resident the Manager talk over the phone and made sure I got in to see the property againMercantile place and the Element hidden gems I am moving to a new home

Working with the leasing office to get a lease signed was so easy and pretty much seamless… did have some issues right at move in with the service elevator being down, which was really inconvenient, as well as some issue they are having with UPS that resulted in some packages to not be delivered, and having to purchase through another company to be delivered. Overall everyone is friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to living here for at least the extent of our lease terms.

I want to call out a particularly good experience I had with one member of the Brookfield Properties staff. Shaun Ross helped me through multiple changes when ending my lease at the Element and even more - very last minute - changes during my actual move out. Despite the fact that my situation changed repeatedly, Mr. Ross was always kind and accommodating. He did everything he could to help me and always did so in a very professional and considerate way. I couldnt have asked for better customer service from Mr. Ross.

My experience with the Mercantile has been amazing! Carolyn and the rest of her team have been very welcoming and helpful. The apartment I moved in to is super spacious and priced reasonably. One of the things that I really am thankful for is the immediate action taken when there is any issue at all.
