We have lived in a home managed by Meadows Rentals for nearly half a year, and it has been a very positive experience. Steve and his staff were helpful as we were coordinating a move from out of state, and the house was in great condition for us when we arrived. Any minor issues that arise, Meadows Rentals has been quick to communicate and send someone out for repairs. They send technicians by to do semi-annual preventive maintenance on things like the HVAC system; really seem to care about keeping properties in good shape. Overall - has been a pleasure, can gladly recommend! -

They rent it out quickly, collect the rent on time, and take care of repairs pretty well too. No problems. They also worked with me when I was selling the property. This is for a house I placed with them in early 2013 in N. Waco. As an investor with other properties, I hope I get to place more houses with Meadows in the future. -
