If youre looking for affordable housing options in the Alliance area this is a great option. The office staff is very responsive to my phone calls and questions and extremely accommodating. The rules here are reasonable and make sense. As a person with disabilities I feel very accepted here. Im a 5-ft tall female and walk the community at night with my dog and dont feel unsafe. Its not your typical mobile home park And I know I have lived in a few before this one. Im so happy my family moved here! The community manager weve had for about a year Mr ken really has made living in this community amazing. He sends out regular emails about community events, updates and has the best sense of humor. Hes not your typical landlord dictator type person. I highly recommend this community to anyone who wants to live in the Alliance area but cant afford the prices. I love Meadow Glen and Ill happily recommend it to anyone and everyone whos looking for a nice community. Id certainly rather live here than in an apartment. I just signed another one year lease and I plan on keeping my family here for as long as Mr Ken is the community manager.-Ray (Rachel)

Ive been here now for 8 months and am very happy I moved to this community. Ken helped me from day 1 with the move in application to needing documents. The updated emails sent by the office is a great way of letting us know what repairs are being done that may effect us as tenants. The park holds many events for the holidays as well as their recent event for the kids going back to school. This is a very clean and quite park/community.

We have lived here for for several years. After I purchased my home there was a management change, and all that was stated when purchasing were not followed through with as a result. There have been several issues that the previous manager did not address, or address correctly. I had even contacted the corporate office to inform them, and was then called by the manager who was yelling and screaming at me for calling the corporate office. When I first moved in, the current manager, Ken was in maintenance and had assisted me numerous times and or answered my questions. Now he is the manager! He is very good at communicating with us about any repairs, holds community events and has great concern and care about the community! I can actually call it a community now! Ken has assisted me and even came to my rescue when my ac went out in the middle of the summer when I did not have the funds to cover a new system! He is honest, hard working, organized, and truly cares!

Since the community finally got rid of the previous manager Eileen, things have been much better here! I’ve lived here for 7 years and am very pleased with the new manager Ken! He keeps us informed of what’s going on via emails and is very customer oriented! I hope they keep him for awhile, because so many of us appreciate his kindness and compassion!!

I have lived at Meadow Glen for 27 1/2 years, and finally feel like we have management who cares and is fair about enforcing the rules. Most of the staff live here and care about the community they live in, they are having a school supply drive this weekend, and are the best office staff and maintenance technicians Ive seen yet. As a senior citizen, I feel safe enough to stay here and call it my home for years to come. Kudos to Yasmin (the office staff), Kenneth (the new manager), Kurtis and Tom (maintenance) for being available/working their tails off and actively working towards a better community. I challenge you to find a mobile home community in the area that comes close to this one.

I have lived here two years. The person who used to manage it honestly was very unorganized. It caused a lot of chaos and false promises as well as no understanding whatsoever. Since we have been under new management of Ken things have drastically changed. Better communication, better standards, and amazing things in the community that has made a huge difference. For example when I bought my house from them two years ago they had to come fix my flooring and damaged the skirting around my house. I was told maintenance would fix it. They never did and she even fined me for it even though they were at fault. It’s time to renew my lease so I told Ken about it and he came out and marked the damage and ensured it would be fixed promptly. If you see negative reviews look at the date I doubt they are more recent like the last 6 months or so.

Mr. Kenneth Johnson Has made a big difference in this community. We’ve been here for about a year and a half and we’ve seen a big change. He works hard to make everyone feel cared for and is very friendly, as well as the maintenance team. They’re all very hardworking. We feel safe and well taken care of.

My family moved here in 2020 to be closer to the hospital for my medical needs. We liked the location and price, but the property manager was very disorganized and didnt communicate anything much. It made living here stressful and unpleasant as a person with disabilities I felt very much like I didnt belong and that I was out of the loop with everything! Rules werent explained, policies varied from person to person. It was a mess.That changed when the new guy Mr. Ken came! Hes great! He sends out updates, explains rules (enforces said rules fairly) and even makes me laugh occasionally because hes so warm and genuine in the updates. I love how effective he is at running things. Hes reasonable and fair.I hope hes the boss for the rest of my life here cuz the change has been night and day since he took over! Hes building a great thing here with his team and I reke great about living here!If you want to live at a reasonable rate in a highly developing area of North Ft Worth with close access to downtown but not so close its annoying, and great KISD schools I highly recommend checking out Meadow Glen. Its not THAT kind of mobile home community. Its families, the elderly and people with disabilities mostly and its safe. I love it here and Mr. Ken as the manager really helps with that! Oh and his staff too! Whenever I call maintenance theyre always right on it even when its the weekend! Great staff, great boss, great prices, great vibes, great communication! Move here if you want that!

I couldn’t disagree more with some of the reviews I saw. I had a issue that I went to the office to address regarding my skirting getting damaged by animals and I found the office staff professional and understanding. They appreciated the communication back and were understanding regarding a physical disability that meant the repairs would take me a little more time. Updates are posted on the resident portal for all residents which gives us better communication than we have had from previous staff. The park is kept looking clean and professional as well. I have been here for about 4 years and have seen a great improvement at Meadow Glen over the last 12-18 months. I have recommended Meadow Glen to others and know of 1 that followed my recommendation and bought their home here as well. Keep up the great work.

The new manager is very tentative to customer service and the property needs. First I must say when I met Daisy, she was very nice and informative. But the manager we have been dealing with on purchasing a MH from one of the current tenants is Eileen. Shes amazingly helpful. Takes her time to explain every part of the process to us. And not just to us I have been in the office waiting for my turn as she helps other tenants and she treated them like she treated us with kindness and patience. I cant speak about the pass managers but can and will say that the Yes Community was smart when they hired Eileen.

Great location and the manager is friendly. I feel that the people who are leaving harsh reviews are ones that don’t want to follow the rules. The place is nicer looking than some of the other nearby communities.

I was more than a little skeptical about this place do to the reviews, however there the only ones that would except my loan application. And I haven’t regretted a moment since! The neighbors are nice, the maintenance people are fast as hell and the community manager always helps when we call. One year and going strong!P.s. only downside is the post office sucks here, have it sent to a P.O. Box instead.

Had a great experience at Meadow Glen. I was able to walk an available home on lot 70. The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and followed proper covid precautions which made me feel comfortable. I met with the sales rep Felix and the manager Esmerelda. They answered all my questions and went over all the information with me. They were very patient with me. I’m definitely submitting my application.

I lived in Meadow Glen before they built Timber Creek HS and Caprock ES. I was in Pre-K when i lived here, now i am graduated from high school for 2 years now and i miss that neighborhood. It was when the addresses were 3 digits and there was no park at the front. Such great memories at Meadow Glen!
