My husband and I engaged Bo to list our condo in January 2016. We needed a miracle to sell our condo in a timely manner and prayed things would work out. We had a bunch of cosmetic repairs that needed to be done literally in two days before we could list it. Bo recommended a really nice, experienced handy man. The handy man came the next day and fixed everything beautifully. I ended up using his handy man for our new home now. We were so pleased with Bos ability to quickly assess the type of repairs that needed to be done and to recommend the best contractor for the job. Bo listed the property on the following Thursday night and we had three offers at or above the listed price by Sunday. The condo was then under contract on Monday ABOVE listed price. Our whole experience was so pleasant and easy. Bo is very professional and we will be using him again in the future.

We rented through 2 different companies, this one and another. Maximus residential was by far the best, helpful when things broke, helpful and clear in communication about the lease and payments, timely in returning the security deposit and fair with how much was returned. I would recommend them as one of the better property managers in the Austin area.

Maximus was recommended to us, after our previous property mananger unexpectedly passed away, and was very proactive in getting everything squared away to our satisfaction. We had a unique situation as our family was preparing to travel abroad for a year. At the last moment, our known renter had a change in plans and we were left scurrying for a property management company and a new tenant with only one week before our departure. I was referred by a friend to Maximus Residential. I called Bo and talked through the challenges. Bo and Matt quickly went into action explaining the process and how they could work with us. They inspected our property, helped set the market value, and got the property listed. In the end, the property is rented and we found both Bo and Matt to be professional and responsive all along the way. Thank you!
