She helped me through a very frustrating issue/glitch with the website and stayed on the phone with me to help me resolve the issue so our application could be completed. We have had our fair share of problems with our home (4 years old- the builder team did a rush build job during covid) and sometimes its hard to get someone out here. However, yesterday we got home to our hvac system leaking and a huge water bubble in our upstairs ceiling. We got home at 445 and by the time it was noticed, it was 5. I cried a little because I know even submitting a work ticket wouldnt get someone out here in enough time to save my ceiling and stop the leak. Since it was our hvac, the ac also had to be turned off and it was 101 in Texas yesterday, so within 2 hours it was already over 80°. I couldnt imagine having to be without ac all weekend as its supposed to be just a hot Saturday and Sunday and I have a cold with medical needs.Thankfully from a previous issue, I reached out to someone and within an a couple of hours, I had maintenence techs working on the problem. Patrick was the one dispatched to our home and quickly fixed the issue. He was very personable and did not seem put out by the fact that it was a Friday night after hours call. We were told to reach out this weekend if and happened or the leak started again. Thankfully it seems they fixed the leak and there seems to be no more issues.

The contractors that have come out and fixed things around the house have all been very nice, professional, and done a good job in general. Joe came to fix a ceiling fan and light, and he was personable, fast, and quick with problem solving. He even offered to fix anything else we had issues with, despite the ceiling fan being the only thing he was sent to fix, and he was communicative over text. These five stars go to the contractors and Joe.This being said, while we have appreciated the contractors and their work, we have an issue with unresponsiveness from the leasing company itself. We’ve been given dates that contractors would come out and no one shows, and I believe it to be a corporate Main Street issue. Our house has flooded three times since the beginning of May due to rain and improper exterior sealing, and the first contractors we’ve seen in regards to the moldy walls and warped floors came last week in Mid June despite it being a pretty urgent matter that has left all of us with ruined belongings. While I am not positive in the reasoning behind the lack of responsiveness, I do appreciate the work that has been done by the contractors who have showed. With all this in mind, we have only lived here for almost 4.5 months, so hopefully the next 7.5 on our lease will be redeeming.

As I initially thought, company is NOT a scam and also attending to service requests on time, so far good experience. However they declined to refund the 1 week rent that they charged without giving possession of the house.I am changing the rating from 1 star to 3 star.Initial Review : As others mentioned, this company looks like a scam. We are waiting to get access to our house that we leased from them starting from 22nd of this month and today is 29th and we still haven’t got access. They sent access code to email for a smart lock and there is no smart lock on the property. We have called them a zillion times since yesterday for someone to come and fix the lock so we can get inside but no one has taken accountability or action so far. Our moving truck is parked in driveway and we don’t have a place to go. It’s a horrible situation to be in especially when you move from out of state. I was surprised to see few others mentioned the same situation regarding smart lock not present at the property. Anyone considering this company be warned and don’t proceed!

The maintenance techs have been the only people from this office i can get in touch with to get anything done.But i do have to say speaking to anyone from this office is literally impossible. The 800 number for customer service goes to another country. We asked for a pool key the whole summer and got ignored all summer, finally we put a maintenance request in and again, Joe from Maintenance is literally the only person i have been able to go to the whole time. He is legit the only reliable employee there. There’s another guy that comes sometimes too. He was helpful as well.

Shoutout to Jessica Thorsheim, Jahna Overcash, and Kim Gillespie for your timely response and fair resolution. I was able to receive a fair sum of money as an account credit for the missing appliances, broken window, and i cleaned property. I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars, and I hope that this helps to improve the process for others moving forward!Update: they offered me $140 for the inconveniences here and I’m ready to file a lawsuit at this point!You lock me in to a 12 month lease, force me to have to spend more than $600 to accommodate what you failed to accomplish in a timely manner, take days from my work to wait on repair techs, and this is all you can offer?My move in experience with this company has been terrible so far!We signed the lease two weeks ago and I notified them that the property required some attention. We walk the property and notice that the house is not clean, there are missing appliances, and there is still a broken window. I have spent all day these past two days trying to get someone on the phone to find a solution and I’m on hold as I type this up!MSR is not worthy of this one star and the fact that I can pay them $4000 but they can’t come clean the house or fix the window is wild!Update 1: the window was fixed a little over an hour ago after I took my second day off about it. The supervisor reached out and after talking she said she has reached out to see if they can locate the old appliances in the interim.
