I made an appointment a month ago with Matt at Sphere Fitness on the recommendation of a friend who very kindly told me I have issues! My goal was to walk without knee pain and 1 month later my knee pain has gone from an 8 to a 3. Saw my friend again who told me, again kindly, that I dont look like the hunchback of Notre Dame anymore! I love the one on one attention and homework assignments that are making me stronger and more balanced. Thanks Matt -
