I have worked in housing since 2020 and Evelia is one of the BEST leasing agents I have worked with. She is kind, communicative, and most of all PREPARED. I can call her and give her a 20 minute heads up that I am arriving with a client and she has everything the clients needs, ready to go, despite being extremely busy. If you do decide to lease here please ask for her. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s really great to be at this apartment. And all the staffs are kind and friendly. Just one thing that I can’t find visitors’ parking since I live here. Other than that , everything is ok..

We moved in a month ago and have had no issues so far. 2 work orders for minor issues were addressed fairly quickly. Our only issue is that the apartment was painted shortly before we moved in and the work was sloppy. Everything sticks to the cabinet shelves even a month later due to the paint type used. It is a quiet area, and were happy to be here

The management and maintenance together is about 90% doing things the right way. The other 10% thats not sitting to well is people who live here get towed. I can prove that some visitors that stay over night during the week an all weekends have no parking permit nor a parking sticker but has NEVER got towed.

Easy move in and any of small maintenance issues were handled quickly. The neighborhood doesn’t portray the quiet lifestyle I am able to find here. It has been a wonderful stay so far! Highly recommended!

I cant express how grateful I am to be living in these apartments for the last three years. From the first day, I knew I had found a special placeMy experience in these apartments has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The location is perfect: just a few steps from restaurants, shops, banks etc... Plus, the proximity to public transportation made my life more convenient.And of course! The girls at the reception are real stars at their jobs. Their kindness and professionalism make each visit special. They are always willing to help with any problem you have or simply greeting you with a smile. They are the heart of the place and make everyone feel welcome. 🌟👏

It is a very quiet residence, I have lived here since September and we have not had any problems, without a doubt, 100% recommended.
