New Owners and New Management have really made lots of great positive changes. New fences and landscaping. We are getting new picnic tables, BBQ pits, A new dog park and a renovated swimming pool. They are renovating a bunch of units with new floors, new cabinets and countertops, and all new light and plumbing fixtures! Pet friendly and spacious floor plans. They have large 1 Bedrooms, 2 BR/ 2 Bath and 3BR 2 Bath floor plans available! -

I currently rent an upstairs 2/2 here and it has been a pleasant experience. My apartment is over the carports so I dont have to worry about being or having a loud upstairs neighbor. I rarely hear the people next door on either side when theyre in their apartments but I do occasionally hear them in the stairwell. Overall, its a quiet place to live.There are only two downsides Ive found to living here: The lack of W/D and occasional bugs. There are no in-unit W/D connections and going to the laundry room or a laundromat is a hassle. There is a laundry room on premises but, when I go, I prefer to go to a nearby laundromat thats right around the corner. I dont want the next bit to weigh negatively because its only a mild annoyance but I want to give an honest review: Bugs can sometimes be a pest. There is NOT a roach infestation in this complex - however, large tree roaches sometimes come inside (which is part of living in the area.) Im not sure how they get in but I suspect venting. If you dont keep your sink empty, sometimes gnats will come and I have had to battle moths more than once.All in all, its been a wonderful place to live: I dont have complaints about management, maintenance, or the apartment in general. Ms. Wanda and the rest of the front office staff are wonderful. All utilities (except phone and internet) are included in the rent and that is an amazing deal. -

My mother moved in the summer of 2023. She had many problems with management and getting things done at the time. There were so many problems. But since then, there are new owners and management. Things are getting fixed, the landscaping is beautiful, and the new fences look so nice. She feels safe and her neighbors are so nice. He patio is the perfect size. She had had a great experience, and is so lucky to have moved here. -

I moved in, in June of 2023 with the previous management company and they were less to be desired. Since Better World has come in they have given the best customer service a girl could ask for. Mitzi has been SUPER accommodating as the new property manager and TERRY!! Terry Terry Terry! Mr. Terry THANK YOU. Iykyk. Thank you Mitzi and Terry for being accommodating and trying to turn my experience around! ❤️ -

Longfellow has greatly improved in the last 6 months, new landscaping, apartments have been remodeled, new office staff and owner, all of whom are very professional and they care about the residents. Please come by and take a look! I highly recommend Longfellow apts! -

After the drastic life changes Hurricane Laura and Delta bought to my kids and i, finding Longfellow was heaven sent!. I was doing laundry at the laundromat a few blocks down (where the customer service is superb as well) and along the way i spotted the apartments and went in to question availability since i saw the welcoming balloons on the office sign. Ms. KaLeana was very welcoming and informative!. She was helpful and hopeful with me on the application process and I couldn’t have felt any better about applying there! Although, I definitely need a W/D in house connection, she sold it very well and i was very appreciative of the time alone she took to work with getting me in this unit and assuring i was pleased and understood everything!. There are a couple of knickknack fixes needed here and there through the apartment that i have yet to implement maintenance needed. When i do, I have no doubts on the ladies in the office getting things taken care of. The all bills included in the rent is a major plus and make the move in process a bit more smooth, not having to worry about other utility deposits and connections or transfers. It has been so quiet surrounding us thus far! I’m beginning to question if we really have neighbors! I don’t even hear anything through the walls and we are downstairs.! The size of the apartment is just right for us we have a 2/2 with very spacious walk in closets and plenty of shelf space. Right outside our front door is the gated pool and we have a private gated back patio!. We are new to Texas now and so far, we are very pleased!. -

Longfellow Apartments are coming back to life. They have a new owner, New Management Company and Mitzi Prejean is a wonderful property manager. The property is undergoing many changes and the property looks great. -

Unfortunately I had moved out due to previous management issues. Once new management had came along everything was better. A lot of renovations and the rent is cheaper than many other places. The staff is very helpful and sweet. I will miss Longfellow. ❤️ -

We are going on a year living here, and now have a 3 month old daughter. And the wonderful staff Kristin and Amanda always make sure we are taken care of, along with all the other residents. With any issue that may come, they are always quick to make sure it’s fixed in a timely manner. We feel safe living here, and honestly could not ask for better management. -

I moved in the beginning of February and they heave been very helpful from day one. I had an issue with a washer and was immediately helped. There has been pest control both months since I moved in. It’s very quite and I feel safe going to and from my vehicle being that I’m a single woman living alone. So far so good. 😃😃😃😃 -

Ive lived at Longfellow Apartments over a year. I like it here for several reasons..It is built on a ridge. When many places in Beaumont flood, we do not.It has been safe. No police calls that I know of.Management has been very good with maintenance.The people are nice.The walls are really thick. Ive never heard a noise from a neighbor.I enjoy it here, -

Old but nice. They are going up on their monthly rent. Sad to hear this. Inflation needs to stop or they wont find anyone to lease their apartments. Possibly losing some good tenants. I do not reside here as I couldnt/wouldnt pay their lease rates. -

Every since Mitzi took over as manager, things have been a lot better than before. She is constantly fixing things and making improvements. And it is very peaceful even though I live right beside the interstate. -

This is by far my favorite apartment! A couple of maintenance problems but the office always gets it worked on quickly. Anytime i’ve ever had an issue they resolve it right away. Cant say enough great things about Longfellow. Definitely have made it home! -

Apartments for rent in a very safe area of Beaumont. They have an old architecture so they look different from other newer condominiums. Parking is assigned and fully covered. They have 2 swimming pools. There is no gate controlled access. If you are looking for something that is good value for money, it is an option to consider.
