Even with the time difference, Brenda and Missy were responsive to our queries. My only complaint is that the house wasn’t ready to view before move in. However, the house was too perfect in the pictures to pass up.

I can’t speak for the properties listed but service at the office was amazing. Ms. Missy at the front desk was the breath of fresh air I needed in my home search. She was very mild mannered and searched for a few different properties to view as opposed to the one I saw online. She put the keys on a loop in order from furthest to closest to give me a route to follow. I think she deserves a raise immediately.

As a real estate investor, Ive worked with many agents over the years, and Karen is hands down the best! I hired Karen in May 2024 as my listing agent to sell a rental property that I owned in Harker Heights. Despite the slow housing market, I received multiple offers above asking price, and we had the property under contract to sell within 48 hours. Karen reviewed every single detail of the contract and provided her expert feedback, which allowed me to make informed decisions. She is a shrewd negotiator, and I was so happy to have her on my side of the table. Additionally, Lone Star handled all of the the minor repairs that were noted on the inspection report, making the entire sale process a breeze. I might have spent 1-hour in total selling my property. I have leased with Loan Star for almost an entire lease now. When I was first looking for a place upon arriving to Texas, they made the process extremely easy and streamlined. Anytime there is need of maintenance within the home that is urgent, it is taken care of within a timely manner. No need to worry about if something vital within the home is going to get fixed. They do require carpet cleaning twice a year as well, which ensures that homes with carpets are kept clean and free of disgusting buildup.

Kimberly understood my frustration when I called her back to let her know Jason from all american air didnt want to come and complete the job he was assigned to do on Thursday, June 13th. Lone Star Realty has been managing my property for almost nine years. In that time they have provided me with fantastic customer services, especially in the last year. I had a tenant abandon my property, and they did a great job of handling the paperwork and legalities that came from that situation. I then decided to sell my home, and Lone Star was there to help me through the home selling experience. As I was preparing my house to be sold proved to be challenging due to a major foundation repair and a few other minor issues. But Lone Star Realty was there to help me through the processes of getting the right contractors that would do the job correctly and at a competitive price. Once that was sorted out, they made the selling process easy. They were quick to answer all of my questions and provided guidance every step of the way. I cant specifically thank Karen enough for all the work she did on getting my house sold! She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

During that time, Lone Star ensured that our house was properly maintained and cared for. They worked efficiently with both us and the residents and if issues came up with the house, Lone Star quickly moved to correct the issues.When the time came to sell our home Mrs. Karen and Mrs. Kimberly walked us through the entire process. If we had questions, they answered them clearly, making sure that my wife and I understood and were comfortable with the entire procedure. Lone Star was nothing short of amazing. We experienced both parts of the company. The property management company was spectacular. They managed our property for 2 years before we decided to sell. We originally chose them because we had rented a property they had managed for several years and couldn’t believe the cleanliness of the home and how well it had been maintained for being ten years old . They hold high expectations from both the renter and owner to ensure the property appearance and condition are always at its best.When it came to selling our home we could not have been more pleased. Professional pictures were taken, advertised across many platforms and showings were scheduled back to back. Our home received an offer within just a few days of being listed! Again, Lone Star provided exceptional service. They managed preparing, listing, and selling the house for us while we were living in another state. I purchased a home that I rented with Lonestar. The entire time that they managed the property for the previous owner I was treated with respect and communication was great. As a home owner I felt that they were the appropriate choice for the management of my home once I moved. They managed my home for just over five years. Being a needy owner I felt that I may have asked too much of them from time to time. I believe that their business expanded quickly and they increased staff in response. The communication didnt work as well towards the end but I am glad that we chose them (What worked? I would call on Saturday and someone would call me later that next week). They were always professional and the owners are great people. Should I need another property managed I will definitely use them again.

We started out renting from them and they were amazing, then we bought the house while living in it. We moved out of state and chose Lone Star Realty to manage our house. The home was rented out the entire time we were gone with no issues. Our current tenants found another place because we tentatively planned on moving back in, but we decided to buy another home, therefore we immediately informed them to allow the tenants to continue living there if they wanted to, but the tenants already found another home to move into. Melissa Black at Lone Star Realty had a lease signed for new tenants to move in before the old tenants moved out. I’m very pleased with their service.

Lone Star Realty & Property Management managed my rental property for 11 years. I even purchased my home through them. There’s a lot that can happen in a year, and absolutely no stress on my end. They do it all! I actually know some of the people who have posted negative reviews. They are not telling the whole story. Communication goes a long way along with thorough record keeping. As a rental property owner and home owner, there are responsibilities on both sides while being proactive. Not once did I encounter bad communication or customer service. Karen and Kim know what they are doing and their track record speaks for itself. Their continued professionalism and helpful attitude makes them the best in town. Although, I can say probably in the United States! All maintenance repairs and work orders were efficiently uploaded to the owner portal with access at anytime. When tax season hit, I always had everything I needed before I had the opportunity to file taxes!In addition, Lone Star Realty sold our property in April 2019. They are honest and accurate while leading the way to a successful closing. If I were to buy and or allow anyone to manage my property, Karen and Kim will be hired again. You will not be disappointed with their services, they know what they are doing! I can say this because I have moved several times throughout the United States. I’ve been using them for rental property since 2002. I was active duty at the time and they handled the sale of the house to me and have been my property managers for the last 15+ years. I’ve had very few problems with them. Half these one star reviews are for repairs not getting done and I don’t think tenants understand that property managers need permission from the owners to fix things. If something is not getting fixed, it’s may be the owners not willing to pay for it or dragging their feet. All the repairs they’ve asked me to approve have been handled quickly, so I don’t think the problem is this company. We even coordinated major roof repair while I was deployed with no issues. I’ve dealt with quite a few of their employees over the years: Linda, Brenda, Tim, Jana, Brandee, Naomi, Melissa, among many others, and all have been polite and professional. I would recommend them to friends and family, but after reading some of the deposit comments, I’d probably tell them to take lots of pictures.

I have used Lone Star Realty & Property Management, Inc. to serve as my property manager back in 2008 and have gladfully stuck with them ever since. When I decided to sale my property this year (2022) it did not even cross my mind to use another realtor because they have always been that good to me.In both regards, property management and selling my property the good people at Lone Star have been nothing short of incredible. The customer service has always been excellent, which is a rarity these days. In both aspects of the different services they provided me, I never once had to worry about what was going on. Dropping a quick review, my experience so far has been good one. Most of my rental process was long distance until we moved in, lonestar worked with me and got me into the house I wanted. Thankfully I’ve not had any problems to report or request help with. Most recently dealt with Daniel Sellers for a routine home inspection.... I freaked Out when we missed an inspection over a key not working... but Daniel left his cell and contact info and made it a point to put me at ease and schedule another appt. He kept in contact via text the day of and showed up at the time he said he would. He made the inspection completely painless , which was pretty much how my rental process was too. No complaints here , but I think I’m a pretty easy tenant too so.. :)

This is my second rental property with lonestar. I moved to Texas October 31 2019 and was in my first place within 3 weeks. The ladies in the office are all friendly and professional and they worked with me to rent a nice dwelling despite my not so perfect rental history. When that lease was up, I moved into my current dwelling. Every work order that I put in is responded to and assigned to a vendor immediately. This tells me that the up keep of the property is top priority to them. If I purchase a home in Bell County, Id most definitely use this company to manage it if need be. My only issue is, My dog and I have fallen in love with the second rental, but we have to move because the owner is selling and Im not ready to buy. Everytime I go to the drive through to pay rent. I am greeted with a smiling face lol. The ladies are just adorable. To any future renters, fill in your move in inspection sheet thoroughly and pay your rent and you should have no problems. Put in your work orders (if you have any) through the portal and youll get a faster response. To all homeowners, you guys are in good hands! Happy Thanksgiving!

As a homeowner with multiple properties, Ive experienced a lot of issues in the past with other property management companies. This has cost a lot of time, money, and frustration for not only myself but also my tenants. Maintenance issues (as only one example) were usually completed late, overpriced and or worse, not completed correctly if at all. This only adds ever further damages and costs. More importantly my tenants have to live with these issues and conditions. Upon move out my tenants would see little if any return of their deposits, no matter how the property was returned. These other companies (not mentioning who) prey on the military knowing we do not have the time or the money to fight them. You can see why I’m so happy with Lone Star - I care about not only my properties but also my tenants. To me it’s a win-win situation; I provide an income for my family by providing a good HOME for my tenants, and Lone Star makes this happen. Finding this company was a huge relief for me, a company with morals that not only takes care of myself but also my tenants with honesty, integrity, and steadfast devotion. There’s no wonder they are growing at such a fast rate. I’d like to give a personal thanks to Kris for suggesting them to me. I was reluctant at first (gun shy from being shot in the past) but very glad to have made this move. Even several of my tenants have thanked me for switching over.Do the research and READ THE REVIEWS – Everyone will have some negative reviews, especially in this business, but look at what they’re saying overall and you’ll quickly get a good picture.* Beware of any company with 5 star reviews with a senders name as “A Google User”. This is usually a sign of a deceitful company that has unethically paid for fake reviews in order to cover up so many disgruntled clients.* In my experience another sign to caution would be a company flaunting “Voted ONE of the Best”. This is a PAID for sign and is completely legal because it says “One of” and not “Voted the Best”. Anyone voted for can buy one, it’s that easy.Lone Star does neither of these and they take the time to respond to their reviews as well. Good job, keep up the great work. It’s defiantly being noticed.From my experience with owning over 17 properties and dealing with property management companies across the US, I couldn’t recommend Lone Star any higher.
