    I have been a tenant through this wonderful company for almost 4 years, and I have not had an unpleasant experience. They have been understanding and patient when I needed it most( quarantine). I hope to do business with them for many more years. Victoria, you rock!❤Update 2024:After 7 years, we will be parting ways and shout out to VICTORIA for an amazing business relationship. I will miss you all. ❤️

    This company went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. I never once had an issue with them since residing with them starting from 2018. They were kind and extremely professional! I highly recommend this company to anyone ! I will definitely miss them. I havent found a company as good as them! I would still be with them if I could ! I moved because the owner decided to sell the house. Thank you! lochhead properties for everything you did for my family and I.

    Been with Lochhead for a few years now. They have been amazing from the start! The office staff is wonderful! They will go above and beyond for any issues. Miguel in maintenance is by far the best I’ve seen! He came out to fix a plumbing issue on a Sunday within 30 minutes! No better service than that! I would recommend them 1000x

    My husband, 3 children and I have lived in our home since August 2019. Our experience so far has truly been wonderful. My dishwasher broke, and they had a brand new one installed within 2 hours of me reporting it. Our back fence fell down due to a storm. They came out the next day to temporarily fix it, and had it replaced about a week later. Considering they had other properties to attend to and needed to measure, have the gas company come out, and purchase materials, I feel that was pretty quick. My sink started leaking this morning, and not even an hour after reporting it I was told they would be having someone come look at it for us. When we were looking for homes, we found many in this same price per month, but they were all much smaller and not near as nice as this one. So I would say their prices are very fair. The office staff and maintenance staff have both always been extremely friendly and helpful. We saw a few bad reviews when researching Lochhead, but also saw many good reviews. Admittedly I was a bit nervous because of the bad reviews, but we’ve been extremely happy so far, and I don’t have any complaints. I would recommend renting with Lochhead.

    My son got a new job and we had to move to an area where Lochhead had no available rentals, so we ended up renting directly from an owner. What a NIGHTMARE! We had issue after issue left unresolved till the house had a sewer pipe collapse. At that time we were released from our contract and THANK GOODNESS, Lochhead had a rental that was perfect for us right where we needed it to be! It felt just like we were coming home. They give you the very best rental experience, unlike some big corporations who couldnt care less if you have a decent place to live.Sheila, Sandra, Victoria, and all the rest of the Lochhead group have always been there for my family and I for the last several years we have rented through their firm. If there is any issue with the home, Randy will make sure it is taken care of ASAP, he KNOWS what he is doing, and he keeps you informed! They are professionals and know their job. They are warm, friendly, and, above all, HONEST and make sure our concerns are addressed in a quick and efficient manner. My family and I will always look to Lochhead first for all our rental needs.Just a quick update, Miguel showed up today with a brand new stove. He not only installed it, he checked the outlet and made sure everything was working 100% before he left. You just cant get better service than this!

    We rented from Lochhead for 3 years. They were great property managers. They did a good job of doing small fixes and preventative maintenance along the way. They helped manage the repairs after a major hailstorm we had. They were very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay there. They have a friendly and helpful office staff.

    Lochhead Properties is the BEST landlord my husband and I have ever worked with! Everyone is SO kind and responsive and they genuinely care about their tenants. They responded quickly to our needs and were always so understanding and accommodating.     Great staff! Very responsive for any needed repairs to the house. They work with nice and respectful services (plumbers, handymen, a/c checkup). They sent out someone to service the a/c unit regularly and provided a years worth of filters! We had to end our lease early and they were very accommodating. They did everything they needed to on their part to help us get the house re-leased in a timely manner.

    From the first time I contacted Lochhead they have been super responsive, professional, patient and collaborated to help me place a client who had a specific hurdle to overcome. They went out of their way to keep me up-to-date on where my client stood, what they were doing to help my client find a lease home and were more than pleasant in every interaction.     We have been renting from Lochhead Properties for 5 months now, and it has been amazing! We have rented from other properties before, and HOLY MOLY!!! Lochhead goes above and beyond.Price per sqft is really good, the customer service/accessibility to help when needed is beyond and above anything weve ever experienced anywhere else.This team responds to calls and concerns immediately. They answer questions about local needs or resources, and they have done this every time with a smile and laughs.The house we are renting is great. Hardwood floors, brand new fencing without holes or falling issues. Great neighborhood and close to schools and shopping needs.We would recommend Lochhead to anyone looking for a rental company to lease from, or use for property leasing. They are FANTASTIC!

    I had the luxury of applying online. It was truly 1st come 1st to be served. They were thorough and very professional throughout the entire process, from beginning to the end. After being told that I was qualified, everyone whom I encountered or had dialogue with was very nice; helpful; and really interested in helping me find my dream home. They explained the entire lease to me, from front to back to make sure that I had a clear understanding. Im looking forward to being there as long as they allow me. So if your looking for a new place, please give Lochhead properties a try. Trust me, Im not easily impressed, When I say that their awesome, you had better believe it.

    Lochhead Properties managed my rental property for over 5 years until I recently sold it. They are extremely professional, attentive and responsive. Over the years, I found them very fair to both the tenants and me as owner. If you have rental property and want someone to manage the issues that go along with that, I highly recommend Lochhead Properties.

    We have been with Lochhead for more than 2 years now and our experience has been incredible since day one. We have the option of pay on line or by mail and we rather to go and visit every month; I enjoy sooo much talking to those two beautiful and polite ladies at the office, Shandra and Victoria, they and everyone there are always taking care of even minimal things that happen in our property, fixing any thing almost second day. People working in fixing things are sooo nice too and very respectful. I had a very bad experience with previous company, so sad! We are so happy of being part of Lochchead Properties and will be so sad when is time to buy a house and wont see them anymore. Love you guys!!!     These folks are the best. We recently moved to the Dallas area from Oklahoma and after having a terrible experience there, it has been a great pleasure dealing with the folks at Lochead.     I love this company so much because at the end of the day they care about their tenants and they can only do as much as the landlords allow.They really truly are prompt when they come to maintenance and I love Sandra so much because she always finds the best out of any situation.And if you are having a rough day she puts a smile on your face and encourages you.This company works with you to the best of their ability and I have been witth them for over 12 years and Im proud to say they are like my family.Everything is never perfect with any company and there will be disagreements that can be talked about and this is just what they do...just like with family we talk about our issues and we work together to make things work out for the good of our future tenant/property management relationship...They are the BEST!!!!Remember negative reviews are really from tenants that are upset at the moment...Always try companies out for your own experience.
