Very happy with their knowledge and expertise in overseeing the renovation of my parents house. Jason was very professional and gave great care to every detail of the remodel. His contractors were amazing and did amazing work!

We were referred to Jason Lucas and Local Dwelling by a friend who has two rental condos that LD manages. Jason helped us, not only with renting our condo, but in reviewing work that needed to be done prior to renting the property, and in helping secure bids from different businesses to do the necessary work. We have been very happy with the rental process, the monthly billings, and with help on a few small repairs for the tenant. We recommend Local Dwelling very highly.

As a manager of residential houses and apartments, these folks work hard to meet the needs of a diverse cientele. As a foundation repair company we inspect many of their properties every year. They err on the side of get it checked before it becomes a problem. If I had a house to rent out, I would surely use Local Dwelling Property Management.
