Its a bit late but I was moving in but a huge thanks to Scott. He was a godsend with the application process. I had an issue with the refrigerator not working it was replaced the next day. The refrigerator that was delivered did have some food left in it but the maintenance took it out for me. He was very nice. Had an issue with the water pressure in the kitchen the plumber came was also very nice handled the issue. My overall experience was great. Any issue was resolved quickly and I truly appreciate how they took care of things.

I’ve worked with this company for the better part of a decade both as a renter and now as a property owner and I couldn’t have picked a better company to manage my property. Being in the military, it was always my intention to buy an investment property but I hesitated for a while, not knowing how I’d manage it once I had to move. After renting through Linnemann for 4 years, I knew that was the company I’d want to manage my property and I have not been disappointed.Letitia Worthington is the amazing director of leasing who always keeps me informed. She sends email updates regularly letting me know what’s going on with my property being leased.Kim McGinn was wonderful throughout the process when I needed to have repairs done on my roof and any other time a maintenance issue has come up with my property.Jeff Munoz has been one of the best assets at getting tenants into my property. He has personally gone to my home to shoot ads and shared the property on social media to ensure my house is rented in a timely fashion. Also reassuring me that it’s a great investment.I am immensely thankful to the entire Linnemann teams and would recommend no other property management in the Central Texas area.

We moved here just 7 short months ago from NY. So far happy with the apt and with the way work orders get handled. We had a few things wrong upon moving in but Linnemann does try to fix things in a timely fashion. The application process was very involved but I feel necessary. I agree with home inspection when renting but I do think a bi yearly residential inspection is a bit much. Our inspector Kody came to the apt. He was cordial, professional, informative, and extremely thorough. God bless Texas!

Mary Sagad, Maintenance Coordinator based out of Copperas Cove, has been the best these past couple of days. We had an emergent fix that was needed to be done with our house. She was our point of contact for as maintenance coordinator. I will say she went above and beyond to help us get our situation fixed. She communicated and followed up with us and made sure our house repair was done. Ms. Sagad, is a great asset to Linnemann Realty. Extremely happy for all her help!

BLUF: I’m a service member and needed somewhere to move very quickly and Linnemann Realty got the job done in a timely and professional manner.The search 10/10:I found the home that I currently live in on the Linnemann Realty website which was very easy to use. There were appropriate filters to help you find exactly what you were looking for.Application/Leasing 10/10:The application was fairly simple and it was not through a 3rd party site which I appreciated the most. I was contacted by Mr. Thomison probably the following business day and he was very professional, patient and flexible as I was still working in Florida and we were handling matters 100% digitally and in two different time zones. I got my approval and lease within about 4-5 days because I still needed to provide a few additional documents to complete my application. However once all documents were received I got my approval almost instantly.Move in 10/10:We scheduled an appointment for when I finally arrived in Texas to pick up my keys and move in. They also provided me with resources to set up utilities like water, internet, lights etc which was very helpful considering I’m a Florida native and had no idea what companies to use. The home was EXACTLY like the pictures which was important because I had not toured or seen the home in person prior to completing the leasing process. It was clean and in great condition. No bugs and the appliances work great and it’s been over a month at this point.Overall I would 100% recommend Linnemann Realty, great people to work with and easy process overall. Had I read reviews that I came across I may have been hesitant but I think you’d need to experience them yourself because my experience was nothing like some of the reviews I’ve seen.

Ive been renting from them almost a year now. After dealing with a very bad experience with a different reality company in the area, I gotta say this one is a breathe of fresh air. I have had timely responses to maintenance, and when our water hearter burst, they had a Plummer out that day ( a Saturday ). I have a hard time calling places to ask questions but everytime I call them to ask a question, they make me feel at ease. I havent lived in Texas long , but the difference from Linnemann and the other company is like night and day. No one is perfect , and I recommend always reading the fine print in the lease so no unexpected fees occur.

I worked directly with Michael on selling my house. Let’s just say him and his team took a huge weight off our shoulders for this PCS move. Got what I wanted plus more for the house made sure I was able to sub lease it until my house hold goods came and took care of the cleaning company requiring me to only focus on my Wi-Fi and utilities. Every step of the way if I ever needed anything or had questions he would call me or text me back within minutes with an answer. Not only did he help with selling my house he gave me lots of advice on purchasing a home in another state when my realtor didn’t have the answer. If I ever get stationed back here I will be using his team again for my next home purchase.

I had a really great experience with Linneman Realty. I rented through them for a year. They are non-intrusive, and quick to respond to any work orders I needed to put it. When it came time to move out, they provided me with a move out checklist and points of contact for getting the cleaning and stuff done. At the end of the lease, they gave me back most of security deposit. (Which was fair because I did all of the checklist except hire someone for the yard).Even after I left, a few months later I accidentally ordered a package to the old address, and the management team contacted the new tenant and got the package from her. They then held on to it for me until I could come by and get it.They had me covered from start to finish, and then some. I highly recommend this company. They are the best in Killeen.

Linnemann Realty has been the property manager for my home for the last three years. They have been proactive in listing my home, and ensured that it was rented out 35 out of the last 36 months.I did have a problem with their handling of the previous renters move-out, but we came to an agreement which I was happy with. Essentially, there was some damage to the property which the renter was not held accountable for, but Bernard at Linnemann let me know that they would cover the repairs.This was a year ago, and Linnemann has changed their personnel coverage plan and their inspections process to be more accountable and more thorough.I have enjoyed working with Sandra as my single point of contact for all maintenance issues with the property. She has entertained my requests for multiple bids on a repair job, and ensured that they were completed quickly and to my specifications. In addition, the sales team got my house back on the market this month nearly immediately after my renter gave their vacate notice for next month.I did give 4 stars because of the aforementioned problems, but as I stated, I feel that the company was responsive, addressed their issues, and has made real improvement in the quality of their property management. I feel confident that my property is in good hands with people who care about it, and I look forward to working with Linnemann for the foreseeable future.

Over the years, they have been nothing short of professional, responsive and available. When time came for me to sell my property, their level of professionalism didn’t end. In fact, the argument can be made that they kicked into another gear. The personalized care that I received from Priscilla Linneman is unmatched by anyone. I have never had the feeling of them over charging me for anything. In fact, they have done their best to keep my costs down without degrading service quality. I have other investment properties in Forth Worth. If I could, I would immediately switch over to Linneman. Easy start. I was in a crunch and Brad was very flexible with my schedule and got me all that I needed to get started. Anytime I had questions, and I had a lot of very random questions, the receptionist was so helpful and always knew how to answer my questions right away. Showed her knowledge of the company and her professionalism. I was impressed. They were very informative through my inspections and repairs and listed everything and gave me options. Everything on the insoection was issued that I already anticipated, so very much pleased with that. Took my house roughly one month to rent out, including the repairs and cleaning. Very impressed and happy so far:)

Very pleasant experience. The staff are very professional and courteous. Im in the process of renting from them and it has been great. Their properties are well maintained. I have rented my home with Linnemann Realty for the last 4 years. They have been helpful from the beginning,starting with Bradd when we first wanted to rent our home out. He was extremely helpful with every question we had. We just recently sold our home with Linnemann as well. Our realtor was Sonya, she was just amazing. She was on top of things and did everything she said she would and more! I would recommend linnemann to anyone. They are an amazing team!

Linnemann has been managing my investment property in Harker Heights for more than 10 years now. They have significantly improved their processes and service over the past couple of years. Communication has improved and having dedicated points of contact makes it easy for me. It appears that generally their number one goal now is to deliver a great customer experience. I know issues will always come up, but I feel that Linnemann sincerely wants to deliver the best service they can. Keep it up. It is much appreciated.

I have nothing but good things to say about Linnemann Realty. They along with the owner of the property I live in have always been very responsive and helpful with any issues I may have. The staff has always been nice and I appreciate that in a realty company. I recently asked if it would be possible to have my carpet replaced and within two weeks my request was approved and new carpet was installed. That is a first for me as a renter and I am more than grateful! Linnemann Realty rocks!

While never having any major issues with this company, I can honestly say that the only professional I choose to deal with here is Letitia Worthington. She is the reason for their 5-Star rating.Letitia continues to go above and beyond for ANYTHING that is needed. There were a few times I figured I would give her a break from reaching out to her by allowing someone else to help me and my situations did not get resolved. Sure enough, when I did come back to her, she got it all handled. This woman is totally about her business and literally gets things done every time! I am 1000% sure that she could run every department of this entire establishment on her own with no problem what so ever.It would not surprise me if there were many other people who love this woman based on her stellar service! When God blesses her with an establishment of her own, I will be the FIRST client right there with her in search of every great thing that she will offer while knowing that her staff will reflect the footsteps of her professionalism, honesty, and true empathetic nature towards everyone she serves.
