We switch to Lillian from a large national brand property manager that outsource to local managers. The difference was night and day. She was detail oriented. She was fair to both guests and property owner. Create a great experience for the guests. And not exaggerating, our revenue tripled!!! We had a lot of issues with the house, and she and her team was very easy to work with to resolve it.As an investment group we actively looking to expand and would definitely hire Lillian and her team for future properties. -

Switching to Lillian was a significant upgrade from our previous nationwide property management firm. Where the previous firm was slow, rigid, and disorganized, Lillian offers personalized and effective management.The bottom line — Lillian tripled our net income in the first month of listing. Our property now books more frequently, with an average nightly rate increase of about $150 over our previous manager. We’re also seeing higher quality bookings — with week long stays, rather than 2 night weekend bookings.For those who prioritize good working relationships — Lillians flexibility really stands out. With our previous PM, we felt lost in the corporate quagmire. With Lillian, whether you want to be more involved or prefer to sit back and watch the bookings roll in — she has you covered. I’m an annoying perfectionist who likes to control how our property presents to guests, our listing details, photos etc. and Lilly has been totally cool with that. But if I wanted to completely step back, I can trust her to do a great job and here’s why:She pays close attention to the details—from taking her shoes off before entering the house or stopping by before guest check-in to stage the house based on our marketing photos. She just knows our property better than the previous PM.Her team does a great job responding to guests. They’re prompt, direct, and very friendly. If it were possible to sense that someone is smiling as they’re responding to text messages - that would be them.Lillian’s compensation model, which is based on a percentage of the net income, rather than gross income, motivates her to keep our costs down, ensuring she manages our finances as carefully as her own.We’ve worked with many PMs and have found that most don’t prioritize cost control — for instance, we once received an exorbitant $600 quote to trim a single bush. Lillian is more likely to say, “yeah, that’s too expensive, how about I bring out my pole saw next week and tackle it.”Choosing Lillian to manage our property has been an excellent decision. Speaking as an annoying, over-involved perfectionist who has cycled through many PMs, Lillian is a keeper. -

Could not have asked for a better property manager! Lillian goes out of her way in order to ensure that we maximize our income each month and truly cares about her clients. At first, I was going list this as a long term rental, but after working with Lillian, we decided to go the short term rental route. We almost went with a different company! And we would have sorely missed Lilians personal attention to EVERY detail. We are out-out-state and handed her the property as some final touches were being done. She took over and got everything ready for airbnb - re-arranging decoration to optimize for photos, picking up some items off Facebook marketplace to improve the space, arranging for handyman to fix things we missed but she picked up, arranging for final cleaning, getting professional photos, and creating the listing. If you want to hand over your property to a manager who treats your property like her own, it would be difficult for me to believe youll find somebody better than Lilian.And Lilian responds to guest messages within minutes, almost at all hours of the day. Guests love the property because of how she treats them and also of how Lilian and her crew maintain the property. And of course, shes equally accessible to us (the owners) for anything we need or a idea/suggestion we have (what do you think about providing blindfolds to guests? or what do you think about changing the pricing strategy around this date?). Communication channels are always open, honest, and on point with Lilian. Shes very effective and easy to work with. My biggest fear for writing this review is letting the secret out about Lilian and she getting too big to answer my calls. LOL. However, I only wish Lilian the same success she is driving to my property and so cant withhold a review in good conscious. :) Plus I know shell always pick up the phone for her clients and guests!! -

I am a very detail oriented person and I tend to be controlling. With Lily I have been able to let go and truly trust her. She responds in a timely manner, she is incredibly detail oriented, she meets deadlines and she has gone above and beyond for us. She has done more than what her job entails we have not been in town and she is completely in charge of our home and she has not once missed a beat. If you want someone who gets things done, communicates, etc. hire her because I am not easy to work with and she is so patient and caring. I genuinely think she cares more about the details than I.
