    The neighborhood I recently moved into just switched from a different company to Lifetime HOA Management and there were complications with my account as I’m a new member and had been billed by the old company before Lifetime took over. I called Lifetime to help with the situation and they were INCREDIBLE!! Sonia helped me along the way and she was so polite and friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! If there was something she wasn’t sure of she took the time to find out instead of just saying “she didn’t know.” A really amazing experience and I’m excited to know that they care so much about their customers. Highly recommend!!

    My most recent interaction with my HOA management company was when I called to ask about the amount of the 2025 HOA dues. I spoke with Christina Flores, who was so informative. When I asked her if she would be willing to help me pay my dues immediately,, she did not hesitate to assist me. What would have taken me a long time to understand and navigate the online system, Ms. Flores accomplished in a matter of minutes. I’m looking forward to 2025 to see what wonderful things this new HOA Management company will do for my subdivision.

    Brian Mayfield is the best of the best! As a home owner at Canyon Creek Village who had some serious plumbing problems and insurance company issues, Brian was there for me! He went out of his way to help me navigate all of the bureaucratic obstacles so that in the end I was completely satisfied!!! Not only is Brian a friendly person, he is also a consummate professional who takes his job seriously and really makes a positive difference to this community. Thanks so much, Brian!

    I called Lifetime with an issue that was really hardly their issue at all. I was trying to track down some records for an HOA they now manage but at the time was handled by a different company. After having been blown off completely by the other management company I called in desperation. Amanda swung into action not only doing an initial search (that turned up nothing) but digging deeper until she turned up exactly what I needed. I went from an intractable unsolvable issue to having the very records I needed sitting in my email completely due to Amanda going above and beyond in the service of a home owner she has never even met in person. I cant say enough. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong, all management companies are NOT created equal and Amanda proved that today is spades. Thank you Amanda!!!

    VERY VERY GRATEFUL!!!! They helped me when I travelled ALL THE WAY FROM AUSTIN in traffic hour to get a key fob. They were so thoughtful and very patient with me since I arrived past 5 on a Friday! And I still needed to get a money order. They worked with me by activating my key fob while I got the money order in traffic. I am very grateful for them and so happy for how they have helped me. Thank you all so much!!!!

    I know when an HOA is mentioned it can be a sensitive topic. I recently had interaction with Toni regarding a home project. Toni was very engaged and began by guiding me through the process of submitting an ACC request , she kept me updated on status and followed up any questions/concerns that I may have had. She definitely had patience was very understanding and never made me feel like we were bothering. Toni is definitely someone that listens and shows she cares about your concerns. Toni work ethic is top notch and glad that she is assigned to our community.

    Ms Clements and I interacted back in February over an issue I was having and again tonight. Initially I was not sure what to expect given that I was told she would call me back after 5pm, a time when everything is closed and everyone has gone home. The reality is, is that she did call. She was very patient with me as I explained my frustration over an issue and she educated me on the process so that I would better understand what I needed to do moving forward. I am not sure if any resident in Bella Vista could ask for more than that. I find that customers are very hard on people when they dont get exactly what they want. I believe in compromise and to keep an open mind even over the most frustrating issues. We need more people like Kelly Clements. No process is perfect and I cannot imagine how overwhelmed she must feel at times. Ive been in the military for nearly 30 years now, and I have seen many issues. I cannot think of a single issue that I have resolved through pure emotion. Kelly was calm, welcoming and presented the facts. Thank you Kelly!

    Just after coming on as our new HOA management company on April 1st, our home went under contract. We reached out to Jasmine at Lifetime and she jumped into action. The cash sale accelerated the closing process and even though Jasmine didnt have the transfer paperwork on our home yet she scrambled to find it and process it. She was entitled to take more time but she processed the request with haste and helped us close on time. Lifetime, Jasmine, Trey and Javier deserve a round of applause. Thank you!

    Hello Friends! I have luce in my new build for 5 months now and have submitted 6 requests with Liferime HOA Management. The website is not only easy to navigate but also contain easily accessible documents, neighborhood info and happenings, and most relevant for me lately, super easy instructions on how to submit requests. Each time I submitted a request the team was prompt with their initial review and fair in their considerations. If my request was denied, it was a valid denial with details on what additional info was need from me and why. In addition, if I had questions and needed to speak with someone directly, they ALWAYS answered their phones and were ALWAYS helpful.Lastly, I appreciate Lifetime HOA for using multiple avenues to communicate with me... email, text, letters in the mail. I appreciate my HOA team!

    Gabbie De La Torre has been incredibly helpful to my husband Martin Elkins and I. She helped us when we were having our roof replaced and later a new fence replaced. She answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly. She guided us on processing all of the documentation that is required for these changes. The HOA procedures were new to us.     What a seamless, unstressful experience to rent the POA pavilion for a birthday party. Fill out the form, short drive to their office to pay the fees, they block it off and, very promptly, they refund your security deposit. Very kind and communicative throughout the entire process.     Greetings! If anyone is looking for quality service and management, Lifetime Management is your answer! I have been a “consistent“ board officer since 2015 for Eckhert Crossing Subdivision and I have worked with a previous management company who never responded or answered the phone! With Lifetime Management someone always answers the phone when you call and the manager is very responsive to resident inquires. Our manager Gabbie is wonderful and keeps board officers abreast of any changes to the laws governing HOAs.The following is in response to Brian C:Events: While Covid caused our events to be cancelled we finally celebrated the NNO event and many were so happy to come out. Water restrictions: With our main entrance restricted to be watered one time a week, this caused a few shrubs to die.The management company is not responsible for Covid shutdowns and water restrictions.Please do not allow the opinion and false accusations of one bitter person sway you away from hiring Lifetime! I encourage you to meet the team before making a decision! You will not be disappointed!

    I needed to book our clubhouse for an event. Everything was handled by email with a prompt confirmation email to hold my spot. Last January I had to cancel a clubhouse booking and again, no problem with getting my refund and deposit back.I purchased a subdivision front gate fob online last year and Lifetime promptly activitated it for me. Their website is user friendly, as so is their staff!

    To anyone who read my unhappy review of Lifetime HOA Management recently, kindly disregard. I was unhappy that my dues had not been posted and it turned out that the check was misdirected due to my failure to update information in my auto-pay. Carlos, Chris, and Alex have all been kind and patient with me as we worked through the issue. They even waived the late fee, even though it was my fault, because they saw I was trying to get my issue resolved. Color me chagrined; the prior review was most inaccurate. I appreciate Lifetime HOA Managements courtesy.

    Much to my surprise, I received a Notice of Delinquent Account for nonpayment of my HOA fees, even though my account was set to enable auto payment. The agent at Lifetime HOA Management quickly found the problem with my auto pay date setting, told me how to fix it and then removed the administrative fee which had been added to the regular payment. Problem solved in about 10 minutes!

    The staff at has always helped me get routed to the correct person when seeking help with a specific issue. More specifically an employee named Alex. He listened when I addressed my perplexed issue for more than 20 minutes and he explained in depth how situations are handled in his dept and how he will be able to further assist with future grievances. He was very cordial and polite and very punctual when my complaint was handled in a time sensitive manner. He handled my specific, yet difficult, ailment. Im very pleased to be in contact with him again when I need something done the right way every way.

    I am not a HOA person by any means, in fact, they annoy me. I have a respect for a company that treats its clients with respect and makes attempts to return calls and communicates and holds true to what they say they are going to do. That is what everyone desires. This company and Carmen show this on a regular basis and I have absolutely nothing bad that I can say about them. I enjoy having them as the management company and if there is a task that needs to be completed, they do it in a timely manner and insure that everything is done according to the law.

    I moved into Bella Donna in October of 2012. I have never complained about the job the HOA does, and I respect them for what they have to deal with. The one person who always went above and beyond to help was Kelly Clements. She responded fast and professionally each time and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was ok. Kelly would help direct me to the right person or section within the HOA to contact for my required concerns or actions. Now after 9 years Ive moved, however I want to make sure Kelly is recognized for her efforts, professionalism, and kindness. People like her make living in a community fun and worthwhile.
