So happy to have Ryan and Legacy Southwest help us standup our HOA board and help manage our property! Ryan and his team have been so reliable and responsive when we call with any questions, minor or major! We had many challenges that were inherited through the transition from the developer and it was honestly very daunting. Ryan helped us set our goals and worked out several strategies for us to get to success. It was a massive undertaking and he and his team at Legacy worked tirelessly to help us reach those goals. Everything from facilitating meetings with the city and helping us engage with other communities to establish relationships. He has set the bar high for what right looks like. I also truly appreciate that he takes a genuine interest in how our community and community members are doing how we are doing as board members. I’ve heard horror stories of other HOA experiences from friends and I’m so grateful that I have had such a positive experience with my community and Ryan and Legacy Southwest.

As being the president of our HOA, we have been with Legacy Southwest for the last couple of years and has been a major improvement from the previous management company. We also went with a landscaping company that they recommended and we are extremely happy with the entire experience with Legacy Southwest and our account Manager Ryan Smith. Some homeowners have complained in the beginning with violations they received, but should have received them from previous management company if they were doing their job. I have great communication with Ryan and highly recommend Legacy Southwest!CP

Legacy has done a great job in getting our Association accounts in order. The first two companies our HOA had hired left the accounts in a mess. Legacy found a few homes that were never billed for assessments. They have brought the receivables into line as well which makes homeowners feel like they are getting a fair shake. The area manager has been responsive whenever I needed answers. They were able to recommend great vendors as well to take care of the HOA common areas.

Legacy Southwest has done a great job managing our community. HOA Management seems to be a losing proposition at times the way many people react to following simple guidelines. Ryan has done an awesome job with our community. He communicates and is engaged in other areas of our community, which has proven to be extremely beneficial to the residents of our neighborhood. He has knowledge of how things are supposed to run and is readily available to answer questions and concerns.

Im on the HOA board and have had Legacy for our management company for 3 years now and they are amazing. Our property managers are all extremely responsive, friendly to work with, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. If youre looking for a management company and are reading this, and asking why the Google rating could be so low, just read the 1 star reviews which are being left. They are all from homeowners angry about Legacy doing a good job for the HOA by sending violation notices, collecting on delinquent accounts, etc.

After interviewing and finding personal reviews 1st hand on 5 different property management companies I am glad our HOA chose Legacy Southwest. Little did we know how much of a mess are developer created once our neighborhood was turned over from developer to homeowner ran. We were broke!! Legacy Southwest worked to get the money from our developer!! They also carefully reviewed insurance policies, finding we were very underinsured, and got us new policies. They examined and discussed all vendor contracts and made suggestions for them as well. Although a bit crazy at times our neighborhood is esthetically improving. The people who are getting violations for unkempt yards are cleaning them up. The number one thing that should be important to all homeowners is property value. Legacy Southwest understands this!! Many neighbors are happy we made this decision. I think in the future the people who received violations against deed restrictions will be happy too.

This review is about Legacy Southwest, not how my HOA employs them or has them enforce the CC&Rs of my community.Legacy Southwest has done a great job, they are fast to respond to issues. They are doing compliance drives on time and the improvements in the neighborhood are noticeable. They are the best thing to happen to my community , before them, the property management company would charge fees and leave bills unpaid. Legacy, makes sure vendors are paid and the common ground is kept up to very high standards.

Selina with Legacy Southwest is the absolute best property manager we work with. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to her properties and is quick to respond with any questions or issues we may have. We look forward to a long professional relationship.Legacy Southwest Property Management is a fabulous property management company to work for. We are currently a landscape vendor servicing multiple properties through out the DFW metroplex. They truly care about each homeowner within the properties they manage and quickly mitigate any and all issues homeowners bring to there attention. Legacy Southwest also respects and works well with all of the vendors they use to service the communities. If there is any property currently looking for a management company to manage a property. I strongly recommend Legacy Southwest Property Management.

As a homeowner living in a HOA community that has Legacy as our property management company, all I can say is amazing things.They are extremely responsive, attentive, and fair. If there are any issues or concerns needing addressed, they are handled with care.They hold homeowners to the standards set forth in the HOAs CCRs yet still, attempting to work with homeowners who are behind on dues or have outstanding violations.
