Our family has been renting for quite sometime and we’ve had good and bad experiences. Legacy has been great to work with. We’re in an older home, so there has been some need for immediate attention on items and they’ve always responded quickly and addressed matters incredibly quick. The technicians they utilize are always professional (which is difficult for most in this day and age) and prompt to addressing challenges. Not easy to find a property management company that is not only attentive to tenant needs… but even rarer for those that care. Appreciate you guys!

We initially signed a one year lease with this company and weve been happy with how theyve taken care of us. Weve signed another lease because we are happy renting our current home with this company!
