Dont wait! Switch now!I am amazed with the care, response and level of communication with Kami and her team. Cassie is always there if Kami is out of pocket. I had several properties with another property management company. They were horrible, very slow with responses, no sense of urgency and repair quotes that were astronomical. With Leasing Texas, if I approve a repair the crew is on it fast at much less cost than my previous management company. So fast I am still in shock. Why did I wait?I wish I had switched years ago. I would have saved a fortune with much less stress. I cannot recommend Leasing Texas stronger. you will not regret it! -

My wife and I have been residents in a house managed by Leasing Texas for 3 years. We have been so happy with our time here! Kami and Cassie have been extremely responsive and helpful to any request we’ve had. Any repair we requested was done same week, if not same day or next day. We needed to move out early and they were extremely accommodating and made sure the process was smooth and less stressful. I highly recommend Leasing Texas to anyone in search of a new home! Kami and her team are absolutely FANTASTIC! The entire group are professional, personable and treat you like they themselves would want to be treated. Finding a new place to call home and moving is stressful enough but from the first point of contact to moving in, they provide a streamlined process that eliminates the unwanted stress. Cassie and Kami are such a great team! I am thoroughly impressed with how easy they are to work with and how much they care about the people they work with. When we moved into the rental house there were some issues we didnt know about and I got scared they may not fix them or give me some push back (because Ive had landlords do this before). I was pleasantly surprised that when we talked to them about the issues they just wanted to help us get it fixed and find solutions that worked well for us so we could enjoy our new home. I would highly recommend them if your looking for rental homes because no matter what you run into, you have an amazing team to help you through it. Thanks ladies!! -

We have been a tenant in a Leasing Texas property for three years now.. Kami Kemp and her staff have always been tremendously professional and very easy to work with. The staff are attentive and quick to resolve any concerns or issues.Oh and their Leasing Texas App, makes life easier! Payments, work order requests etc. are all simplified in this streamlined app.When our lease was coming to an end, Kamis realtor, Jenn DeHaven was tremendously diligent in helped us find a rental property. She and her staff provided professional guidance and industry insights that we might not have observed otherwise.We will be purchasing our own property soon as well as a rental property and I fully intend to utilize Leasing Texas as my property management company. -

Leasing Texas is a Great Company! They offer Great Guest Service! Not only are the Good Realtors, they are Good Property Managers as Well! There is no Maintenance Issue to Big/Small that they wont respond to quickly. I am very happy with my choice in Realtor! -

Leasing Texas is the second company weve used for our rental property. After a horrible experience with the first company, we were hesitant to retain the property at all, but thanks to Sarah and Kami we took the plunge again and couldnt be happier. They are professional, competent, and very knowledgeable when it comes to rental properties and the local market. Any problems with the property have been dealt with swiftly and easily. We couldnt be happier with our choice. -

Leasing Texas is great! Kami and her team recently leased a property for me and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. This was my first time using a leasing agency and was hesitant to spend the money, but I am definitely glad my wife talked me into it. I work a full time job and have kids so don’t have a whole lot of spare time to deal with the headaches that go along with showings, tenant screenings, etc. Leasing Texas handled it all. Kami kept me informed the entire time and made me feel as if leasing my house was their top priority. I highly recommend Leasing Texas. -

We used James Braddock from Leasing Texas as our realtor to purchase our home in Wise County. We could not have been happier. He was with us through seller craziness, VA and Mortgage Company insanity and a horribly long escrow period. At the end of the day we closed and found our forever home! With so many realtors out there it can be hard to find one that truly fights for you, that views you as his priority, that does his best for you every day! If you are looking for that type of realtor, look no further! James Braddock and Leasing Texas are the way to go! -
