    My old friend had been living here for a while and I used to see her often. This place is pretty good. I went with her to view the apartment before she moved in and it was very nice. There was on site laundry and the staff is friendly too and has many options. Although, the pool is cleaned once a year and can get dirty. And just like any apartment, theres been bug issues but not as much as you would think. The pictures online look better than in person, but the places still look nice anyway. I would recommend it for what youre getting. The rent was also reasonable. (She had a 2Bed 1B apartment for about $500 or 600 a month). It was of good quality.

    I am moving out next month because Im moving out of town. Ive lived here for 6 months and I havent really had any problems. The staff are nice and helpful, the maintenance is completed in a reasonable time, my apartment is cute with a fire place, built in shelves and a vaulted ceiling. After living in Residence of Riverbend for 2 years, this place is heaven. I wish I had found this place earlier!

    I really love this place so far! Though we have lived here for only a short time now, we have yet to really have any issues. When we moved in, our apartment was very clean and updated. The leasing office and management are very caring people who are quick to respond and willing to answer any questions you have. It is a very quiet complex and there has not been any point where I have felt unsafe or worried since we moved in. My ONLY cons would be that our water pressure is not the best, and the paint job in the bathroom and kitchen seems to have gotten kind of messy because there are small paint splatters on the floor. But for those to be the only cons I have, I think it’s a bargain for the low price that we pay.

    Overall my stay at Laurel Parc was amazing after living here for 2years I would definitely recommend staying here. The office is always nice and helpful and Candee the assistant manager always made sure I was taken care of.

    Love living here! If I have a problem with my apartment maintenance comes ASAP. The courtesy officer “CiCi” is great too! If we have any problem she handles it right away her & Josh! The management here is great. They always answer your questions or concerns! I highly recommended anyone moving here!

    We enjoy living here so much. It’s such a close community that our neighbors even take my dog out while I’m at work. They’re the BEST!! Margaret is so loving and welcoming. She really feels like family. The annual crawfish boil this year was amazing. They were lobsters 🦞

    Overall, I had an excellent experience here. The townhouse unit I was in was pretty spacious and the rent was fair. I felt that they were invested in keeping me as a resident and they were always willing to work with me up until the day that I moved out.

    Ive lived here and its sister property Brandywine for the last 4 years and of course it has its cons but its pros give it more of a positive edge in my eyes.Let me first say, in those four years Ive lived in 4 different apartments and only one of those was at Brandywine so much of my experience with Westdale is through Laurel Parc.My first apartment was a two bedroom that I shared with my two brothers and my oldest brothers wife. The layout was nice..the kitchen, the dining room and living room were in the middle of the apartment with the rooms on each side and it had vaulted ceilings too. The master bedroom had washer/dryer hookups in its closet but looked like they werent always in there but never really had an issue with it. All around a really nice place.My second apartment I got with my girlfriend and it was a one bedroom one bath place. Fireplace, wet bar, porch, patio, and vaulted ceilings. We had a couple of issues with water pressure and the heat/cold not working properly and it would take them a few weeks to get out to us but Ill get more on that later. The one bedroom was the I Layout and its one of the more sought after ones and for good reason, its small enough the be convenient and the vaulted ceilings make it feel much bigger than it actually is. The living room area is a little awkward to furnish size wise but isnt a huge deal.My third apartment was at Brandywine.My last of the four and current apartment is back at Laurel Parc. The E Layout. Its my problem child at the moment but I love it the most out of them all. Its a Loft apartment, two stories, washer/dryer hookups, two bathrooms one down/one upstairs, half wall to look over from the bedroom up stairs, vaulted ceiling up stairs. The worst thing about this apartment is the fact that since it IS an open loft apartment its very hard to keep it one tempature. Seeing that heat rises all the heat thats produced downstairs quickly gets pushed up into the bedroom which, if youre like me and need a cold room to fall asleep in, that can be tough to do and keep a low electric bill. Ours came with a ceiling fan which makes the biggest difference in that battle. Its a delicate system but it keeps in the cool at night. Im currently having some issues with the kitchen light coming on but all in its due time. Now to a point a made earlier.. the maintenance.Now.. Im not going to sit here and try to say that there isnt anything wrong with it because it is an issue.. but on to it. The maintenance is what is everyones biggest issue with not only this complex but Brandywine too and its because they share a maintenance crew. Its 4 guys that have over a hundred apartments to keep under wraps. The best way to deal with this would be to get more people or another team for just Brandywine but in that, I dont know how simple or difficult that would be so Im not going to say anything else about that..All around, its a nice complex. It has its faults but its the place Ive chosen to call home for the last 4 years.

    Laurel Parc is a great apartment complex. Everything is well maintained and the landscaping is just beautiful. The office staff are very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Laurel Parc to anyone
