Terry Evans and his office staff have gone above and beyond to keep us in the loop, return our calls, field our requests and address our concerns with good advice along the way. This is our first out of state rental and a house we will most likely never see in person. However, we have been provided pictures that have closed the distance. Landlords of Texas is professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with them. Ive dealt with management companies in my home state and they dont hold a candle to this company.

I made a mistake in leasing our commercial property to the wrong person. Seeking a solution, I reached out to multiple property management agencies, ultimately choosing Landlords of Texas to assist in rectifying the situation. Terry laid out the plan and enforced our Commercial contract agreement. True to his word, Terry efficiently and smoothly facilitated the eviction of the problematic tenant. Currently, he is actively assisting in the search for a new tenant. I highly recommend Landlords of Texas; their professionalism and dedication make them a pleasure to work with!

Terry just did a fabulous job managing my rental property. Terry’s team put ad on web the same day when my house was ready and their professional photographer presented my house very well. He showed my house to 6 candidates in the first week and did thorough credit check and income screening. He definitely put a lot attention on selecting the best tenant and minimizing the potential eviction risk to protect my rental income. This is even more important during pandemic. Our house got a solid tenant within the first week. The tenant moved in quickly. Terry and Mich are always fast responders for my calls. Through the process, I also observed that Terry took good care of my tenant as well and he has the skill to balance well between landlord and tenant, which I believe is crucial for maintaining a happy and stable tenant. Terry’s management fees is a flat rate and very competitive in the market. Terry’s rental payment is transparent, clear and on time. In addition, he is willing to pitch in where needed to ensure the financial burden is spread out when there is a need to replace a major ticket item.
