    Adona and her team were highly recommended to us by our neighbor and she was right on the money! We were very impressed by her knowledge and expertise of the market. Brian, our property manager, was very professional and responsive. They also have unique offers to help make finding a tenant easier.     I have been working with Landlord Property Management since 2019 as an owner and I absolutely love their service! They always provide timely responses, great communication and solve tenant related concerns prior to me ever finding out. They notify me of any changes and catch things I might have let drop off in the business of life. I have always been satisfied with their automated systems and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Like any owner, I’ve experienced not so great tenants and amazing tenants!     They are the best Landlord management company. They give exceptional advice to you and Adona and her team are the best.They keep you informed, review all vendor estimates for repairs and advise you if they are responsible , if not responsible, they negotiate for you or get another vendor.You do not have to wait for any resolutions or finished information regarding any questions or any concerns on your properties, they are so proactive for you.I highly recommend them as a professional management company wherever you live in Texas or any other state.

    Ive been working with Landlord Property Management for a few years now and my experience with Landlord Property Management has been great. The staff has been professional, caring (when I was injured on the job last year they worked with me and was very patient and helpful and recently I caught Covid-19 Delta and they displayed the same professionalism and even went above and beyond by working with my work by creating and completing forms that they clearly didnt have to and I appreciate that) and understanding. Whenever I needed assistance with maintenance they were extremely professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. When I need assistance with my online portal they always help I send out a big thank you to Landlord Property Management.

    I have used Landlord Property Mgt. for over 15 years to manage my properties. Their communication is excellent and they will take on the complex issues that can arise when working with more challenging tenants. They are always there for tenants when issues come up that require immediate attention such as AC/Heating units going out or plumbing issues. They have a great network of contractors that charge reasonable rates when my homes need care. I believe they are the best Property Mgt. Company in San Antonio, 5+ Stars all the way.

    Recently my parents had decided that they wanted to enjoy retirement and sell their home to rid themselves of the responsibility of home ownership. They had ideas of what their home was worth and what they wanted to walk away with but didn’t have any idea of how to take the first step to start the process.     I worked with Adona and Brian for two years. They helped me earn extra money by renting out my house. The deposits were always prompt and they always sent out a monthly statement. They took care of everything from HOA dues to finding a great renter. They even took care of all the repairs, including getting everything ready before putting it on the market. When I moved back into my house, once again they took care of eveything so I could move back in as though I had never left! Im currently preparing another house for tenants and once again they are walking me through everything. Im even talking to Adona about some major repair work. Since I work full time and go to school part time, I just dont have enough time to devote to the repairs. I trust Landlord Property Management to take care of everything!
