It’s been almost a year we are staying in La Costa. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family circle. Well maintained houses with quick turnaround assistance from maintenance team whenever required. Closed parking space available for all houses. We will also have extra parking spaces in front of the houses. Cleanly maintained gym and 2 swimming pools. Lot of backyard places for kids and pets to play . And comparatively the best price in this surrounding.

I love living at La Costa! From the moment I came to look at my new apartment, the gals at the leasing office made me feel like family! I knew once I saw the interior, I could envision myself living here and making it my own cozy space.It is so quiet and peaceful here. My neighbors are so friendly and I love having an attached garage right below me. I travel for a living and I always look forward to coming home to my happy place!The location is perfect! 2 blocks away you have H.E.B., Kohls, Starbucks, lots of restaurants and only 10 minutes away from Legacy West and 15 minutes from Grandscape!So close to where all the fun and action is while having the peaceful serene place to live right here at La Costa!

Ive lived here since Oct 2020 and the only negative thing I have to say is that the walls are paper thin.A garage for every apartment, plenty of parking spaces, two mailrooms, two pools, a nice fitness center, great location, close access to the Bluebonnet Trail, numerous fast food and ethnic dining options within walking distance, Walmart, HEB and Tom Thumb within a mile, fast attentive maintenance staff.I wish my rent was still $900 like it was when I moved in, but every half-decent apartment complex convenient to Dallas is significantly more expensive than it was.

La Costa is a great place to call home. The office staff is incredible and truly cares about its residents- often going above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. The maintenance staff are skilled and friendly, always getting the job done right. It’s a super quiet complex and the apartments are well insulated- I never hear my neighbors through the walls. The location is in beautiful West Plano in a very safe area and convenient to everything you need. I have lived at La Costa for 3 years now and I absolutely love it here!!

La costa is one of the nice community apartments in Plano. I have been living here for almost 1.5 years. 1. The biggest advantage is garage car parking. It saved lots of time and money during hail storms in the recent past. 2. Two pools were so nice and clean. Kids enjoy planning there. 3. The Leasing office staff and maintenance technical staff were so nice. They will hear our issues and address them just in time.

I have been here since last April, and it is everything and more. Office staff is very helpful and maintenance is a one day turn around for the most part. They fix things to the point where you are all good in your apartment afterwards. Now some things need patience but they are great.The grounds are always cut and clean. I like how the building are spaced out and plenty of parking spaces. Every unit has there garages which I love to enter in/out of your home. Neighbors are nice and friendly. A very quiet place to live. Close to stores and eating places. Love it!

I have lived at La Costa for 5 years now and I love it here. Leydi, Mikayla, Madison and Misty have helped me so many times with so many things I feel like they’re my sisters. They really have gone above and beyond in ways that were not required of them and I am so grateful to know them. Craig and Erick lead an awesome maintenance team that has always fixed all my needs promptly and properly. The staff takes great care of the property and always have fun activities going on to show appreciation for the residents. I feel very blessed to have found such a fantastic place to call home.

Moved in May 22, 2023. Knowing I was to get an upgraded unit, but was super excited finding out I had gotten black appliance with stainless steel. Had an issue and love the way maintenance has contacted me but phone while in the process of completing the work order. My 1 bedroom, 737 square feet apartment is spacious and cozy. Love love the community. Meagan was super fantastic during my application process and still is. Love how her and Maddie(both in the office) knows my name. Gives a warm feeling welcomeness to the community. Always ready to assist.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of 2 years with La costa apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from La Costa for the remainder of my years in Plano, and I strongly recommend this apartment to all of the future residents looking for housing.

I have had a very good experience here so far. I moved in earlier this year and I haven’t had any complaints. The complex is kept up with nicely and it’s usually pretty quiet. The maintenance team acts promptly; I called about my ac not working and the guys stayed here until they got it working again even though it was time for them to leave for the day, which I was very grateful for. Overall it’s a great place to live, office staff and maintenance are all very friendly and responsive.

Maddison was great to work with! She made shopping for an apartment so easy and personally guided me through several apartments. They show you the model as well as the actual apartment so you know what you’ll be getting. Their rates are affordable and reasonable! Maintenance techs work around the clock to help get items completed. They send out awesome letters to help keep you updated on events nearby or property announcements. Everyone I’ve met has been really nice! Definitely recommend!

My friend mentioned that the maintenance staff is extremely racist and fabricates lies to try to get residents evicted. Even when the manager discovers these lies, nothing is done to correct the situation.

Its all about the community of people that live here. Some have been here 3 years, 5 years, and longer. Its incredibly diverse. Cool dogs. Greenbelt nearby. My wife and I love our place and have lived here 2+ years. The management is attentive and the Service team is Exceptional. Its a plum Plano spot.

I must say that I wasnt excited about my apartment when I first moved in because the carpet was different than the one in the model that I viewed. I have now come to love it at La Costa! Maintenance is ALWAYS quick, Olivia and the other staff are very courteous and ALWAYS follow up regarding requests. Family friendly apartments where you see children playing, riding bikes and scooters, but not noisy and in the house at a decent hour. I see couples walking at night, those with pets are nice and I just love the peaceful atmosphere. When I moved in I was told that the landscaping would be upgraded and I can see improvements already. My only issue is with the valet trash because its mandatory. I only have a full trash can once maybe every week and a half, but Im still charged like everyone else and I could actually take my own trash to the dumpster. This would be a great service if I needed it more often. Other than that I have no issues so far. This is a great place to live!

I have lived here for more than 2 years now.Pros- Great community located close to grocery stores, good schools nearby, peaceful atmosphere, park in walkable distance.- All apartment comes with garage which is good and ample open parking spots- Kids friendly. Open areas for kids to play and ride bikes- Excellent maintenance crew. Maintenance requests are acted upon immediately. I have had issues with AC couple of times at odd hours and onsite maintenance team fixed it within an hour.- Management is good. I have had positive experience in most of my interactions. Olivia was super helpful in upgrading from 1 to 2 bed room apartment.Cons- Floor plan of my apartment is not great. Kitchen is cramped with no pantry.- Lease renewals are expensive. I got a great deal when moving in and after 2 years, the renewal offer is super expensive. Month to month rate is unbelievable. 700$ more than base rent. Unfortunately will be moving out.Overall, largely positive experience and I would definitely consider renting here.

We stayed here for 15 months. It was totally peaceful! Staff is great, maintenance requests were handled quick, calm area and affordable. Our move out also was smooth. Garage is included in the lease (with no extra charge). Door pickup garbage. Gym has very few and outdated equipments. Walking trails are maintained well for a healthy walk during summer. Pets will definitely enjoy this area. They accept credit card for monthly rental payments ( no extra charges) which is one of the best thing.

We recently moved to this community. Closed parking is the biggest plus for this community for the Texas unpredictable weather. Management is really good and listen to the residents problems. When I started my apartment search 2 yrs ago, Im really big on looking at reviews on potential places to stay. When I came across La Costa reviews there were complaints about Maintenance and the office staff. I decided to move here, and I honestly have not had one complaint. The office staff has always been very nice and professional. Whenever i have a request, they always fix it in a timely matter, as well as check-up to make sure it was done properly. You cant always go by negative reviews. I do plan on re-newing my lease once I get it, which should be any day now.

I enjoyed my time at these apartments. The staff here are pretty cool and are fairly quick to address anything I needed help with.Id recommend this place especially because the price is very nice given most (if not all?) units include a garage.As a side note, their Christmas decorations really turned out cool with a little snowfall!Only issue that I felt wasnt fair was from the lease violation notice on my door for not having renters insurance. I didnt really argue because I couldnt find the documents about it and I went against bought a second plan, turned in the info from the new plan, then was told they already had my first account on file and that it was current.

For the money the apartments are not bad. You get an attached garage. Go down the street and pay another couple hundred dollars a month for an apartment without an attached garage. Overall our initial experience so far has been great.

This review is for Olivia Nunley. She was the leasing agent I worked with. Unfortunately, I couldnt lease a unit here due to change of plans but it was a great experience working with Olivia. We worked almost for 10 days and she was helping me to figure out the best unit as per my requirements. She made a note of all my requirements and kept me informed on emails/calls if anything came up with my requirements. She showed lot of patience in answering all my questions and was very prompt in answering my emails/calls. She also kept me informed on the prices as they change everyday. If you go to these apartments, ask for Olivia and I am sure she will find the right apartment for your needs. Thank you, Olivia!

Don’t be afraid to take a tour at the La Coast Apartments. Despite the older reviews listed on this channel, My boyfriend and I stopped in a few weeks ago for a tour and this leasing office did not disappoint! Olivia N. was the BEST! I have toured hundreds of apartment complexes because finding the right home is definitely important, but Olivia made this tour memorable. She answered all of our questions, explained the application process in-depth, and did not rush us while touring multiple apartment units or grounds. These apartments are close to shopping centers and the toll. Also these units have been renovated recently and have black appliances. If you’re looking for a new place to move to check out La Costa Apartments and ask for Olivia N. You won’t regret it!

Current resident of 2 years and plan on staying at least another year. I have no idea why other reviewers are so negative, and the complex manager Allie is very nice. Its a large complex and is kept very clean and tidy, the affordability is good, and every apartment is Verizon FiOS ready. Ive only had one issue my entire time living here and it wasnt at fault of the management, and they were quickly able to alleviate the problem.If you have problems with your rent or any sort of complication or special need, talk to them *professionally* and theyll work with you. Theyre very accommodating if you dont walk in their like a fiery tornado full of ultimatums.I dont go to the regular events but at least once a month they give out food and do something special for the community. I feel the people who have a problem have a problem with everything in life and think they should be treated like a celebrity. Its a mid-range complex, not a utopia. Grow up and stop being selfish up-tight people.9/10 would recommend to anyone.

We lived here for 1.5 years. Overall, very pleasant experience. When we moved in, rent was pretty affordable for a 1 Bed-1 Bath 650 sqft. unit with older appliances, compared to other places in the Plano area. The prices have gone up since then and as they replace old appliances with new ones, the rent seems to be increasing for new leases. Each unit comes with built-in garage (big plus!), office staff were always friendly and helpful. Natalie, Sahar, Elena, Kimberly – thank you ladies for making this a great experience for me and my wife. We really appreciate you all!

I like it, it is a nice apartment. they are nice on the outside and just as nice on the inside. the only complaint i may even be able to say is they charge over 900 a month for a small one bedroom apartment. they have two swimming pool, a fitness center, a hot tube and even have what some people call a trail to walk around and through the apartments. they told me to follow the red brick trail. iv spoke to other tenants and almost all of them seem nicet. i have never had to deal with management personally they leave me alone but i also stay compliant. i have had people stay for a few weeks him and his girlfriend and nothing was said, but they also stayed in complaint. just stay out of their parking lots at night, dont be loud or try causing any problems. honestly, i think the people that have problems out of this place may have been the problems themselves. but that is just my opinion.

There are almost always Plano PD going down Ohio & Spring Creek, & they have been quite hasty/responsive the two times weve had to call them in the ten years weve lived here. First, management... Ive had worse. In fact that guy Josh who used to work there was great. He was later replaced. Do NOT go to the office to apply or get help with something when lunch rolls around. Youll sit in the lobby for 2hrs.The building looks okay from the outside. The inside will likely have foundation issues, cracks, doors not aligned. And if youre by Spring Creek... The traffic is very loud. Motorcycles and loud cars drive by fast at night. Traffic honks in the morning. You can hear a few car accidents throughout the week if youre home a lot. Also theres a cop who radars near by. Youll hear him as well.BUT...But rent was cheap for what it is.I was paying in the 900s for a 2 bed, 2 bath, with an attached garage. I kind of miss it.All kinds of neat tenants here.Id pay it again, maybe...

I love this community , they have lot of open space and greenery which makes this place as home. Management also very quick to fix your issues. So far I have wonderful stay and experience. Bonus is garage is included with your unit.

Nice apartments to be in. Personally I had never faced any issues since I am here. They are quick in resolving any service requests. The only suggestion Ive is to build some kids play area within apartment.
