We have had a property managed from them for many years now and they are always on top of issues like fence repair and appliance repair or replacement. As a property owner, KS Bartlett takes away all the stress of being a landlord. Their services are superior to any other property management company Ive used in the past - communication is elite and well-organized. Tenants are always properly vetted and rent payments are never an issue. Any maintenance requests are handled swiftly and with the highest regard for the longevity of my property.Cant say enough good things about these folks, they make my life so much easier. KS managed my mothers property for us. It was SUCH A GOOD SERVICE! Having to manage all the affairs of an aged parent is so taxing---having complete trust in a property management company was crucial for us. Tenants were found and vetted---rents collected promptly and transferred in a timely manner. If you have rental properties, you NEED KS Property Management!

Sheila has been SO helpful. I have asked her DOZENS of questions, asked for clarification for many of the nuances that come with rental properties and having tenants. She not only does that, but has handled so many of the small things for us like finding and hiring lawn care professionals, and her prices are more than reasonable for the services she provides. In fact I legitimately feel bad for not paying her more for what we get from her. Highly highly highly recommend 💯 👏 🏡Ps: Recently started looking at new properties with her as well and she’s stepped us through the pros and cons of renting out our now house after our upcoming move. She knows the market and legit wants to help.
