I live in one of their properties in Houston, Tx called the Summit at Champions and I must say since moving in I have no complaints. The management team on this property is spectacular, the maintenance team is top notch they are very attentive to the property. Its 2020, the apartment complex was built over 20 years ago so I just feel like they were very well managed. Its quiet , theres no hanging out, no trash all over the property, people that have dogs actually do pretty well with picking up behind them. Im not dealing with any bugs, roaches, ants. I mean absolutely nothing. I dont see myself moving anytime soon.

I would like to give flowers to Susan Lem, who is the Property Manager of Eden Pointe Apartments at Wilcrest in Houston, TX. My wife and 2 teenage children have been living here for 2 years and we truly enjoy the area and the apartment. However, since she has come on as our new property manager, I have seen great improvements in customer service. She always has a great attitude when dealing with us as tenants, and she is very good with communicating with us concerning issues that may arise in our homes or community. I can honestly say that my stress levels have decreased whenever we have a maintenance issue because Susan does not hesitate to work on solving the problem. Thanks again for bringing her to our community!

I have been a resident at The Establishment for the past 5 years, and seen a few managements change and one was worse than others. Since Karya took over I have been most pleased with the communication, and every other aspect of their operation. I was about to place a law suit on Roscoe management, and was planning to leave at the end of my lease, however, once Karya took over I noticed multiple changes right away. They listen to tenants and they get things done that is necessary for maintaining the property. I am so happy with both office team and maintenance team that I went ahead and renewed my lease. I want to specially thank office team Priscilla, Patricia, Lori, and Linda for such great management, and also the maintenance team David, Juan and Ralph for performing professional and speedy maintenance work. What Karya has managed to do at the Establishment in the couple of months they been here no other management did in few years. I normally do not post feedback but this team really deserve the compliment. Special thanks to Priscilla, Patricia, Lori, Linda, and David, Juan & Ralph. Karya recently took over our property and my rent was charged incorrectly as my lease was renewing (new lease signed 10/2018, starting 12/2018). Initially I was told that if I didn’t have proof of my new lease that there was nothing that could be done, and the assistant manager wouldn’t speak to me. I was finally able to get a copy of my lease by going through old emails. It still took many emails and phone calls to get it fixed. After all of that, I am still being charged an additional fee on top of my rent for AC, which has always been part of rent before, and other residents are paying it as part of their rent. The manager Viviana told me that I had to pay it on top of my rent anyway. This is very unsatisfactory and I have not received proper resolution.I reside at Bayou Park in Houston, Texas.Update: Subba (corporate) and Mercy (property manager) reached out and got everything fixed for me in a timely manner. I’m satisfied with the outcome and look forward to continuing my residence at Bayou Park.

Lakeside Forest was taken to Karya Management couple months ago and they make great improvements to the apartments.After year having the worst management here with other owners, Iria fill the job like a Property Manager and start making great changes, she is always open to hear and help the residents as she can.The manager assistant always courteous and able to help you.Maintenance guys always profesionals and working hard, weekends and in the middleOf the night if is necessary. We was living here for 8 years and counting.

I have been a resident here at Hunters Chase for over 1 year and a half, I have never had big issues but Karya took over a few months back and it has been nothing but improvements sense. New laundry rooms, covered holes in parking lots pretty good so far

For the last few years I feel like it was an organized or things werent getting handled the way they were supposed to at my apartment complex after we got new management things have changed their very on top of their stuff. They show compassion and they really organized fun events for the properties. My place the Diamond Hill on Westheimer is really coming together awesome if youre interested stop by and check it out and if you feel extremely nice use an as a reference just kidding thank you Kyra for really stepping it up and making your residents happy. I think I might spend another 5 years here been here for 4 already. The location is very convenient Transit is easy and the schools are not that bad its very family-oriented and you can trust your children being outside they are inside Gates that way they dont Roman to Westheimer I would however suggest maybe a playground for the kids to play at but three pools you cant beat that theyre always clean and sparkly and people dont mind if your child has a birthday party theres plenty of space and everyone leaves you alone and theyll go to the other pool so that you can enjoy your time just make sure to clean it up animals are well-maintained and maintenance is very friendly and work hard to keep things working properly. Management as compassionate and organized.

I have been living in village at piny point for five years and I had a very bad experience with the previous management i was asking them to shampoo my carpet for months and they never did shampoo the carpet they were always tell lies and had my apartment broken into in the middle of the day and i had to beg them to fix my front door . But all of this changed when the new managmet took over i called and spoke with Minessa the took care of my carpet and other proplems right away she is a great person ,very helpfull and caring she made my life alot easer. I am very thankfull to here becouse i feel like home know.She is an asset to this company .

The women in the office are so professional and sweet!! They have a huge apartment complex but yet they still make time for each tenant. My sister recently moved here and they have made the process very easy for her.

Karya has some amazing people and its a great company to be renting from . They have truly helped us out during the pandemic . They have been willing to work with us during this very stressful time . They have been more than patient and understanding . I would definitely recommend people to rent from Karya Property because they are willing to work with you at all times and you will not be dissatisfied.

Best apartment property I stayed at ! The people writing bad reviews haven’t either stayed on chimney rock or Bissonnet ! They all have mice ! So I’m not getting why not 5 star reviews for karaya management ! They donate lots of money to the mayor and police department of Houston . Please pay your rent on time . Thank you !

The staff at The Diamond Hill Apts is people oriented and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Good property from what I have been able to see, since we have been residing in the Village at Piney Point for a short time. In the office they were very friendly and especially Gerardo who was the one who assisted us directly. He was patient with every question asked and is always ready to assist you without complaints and with a smile. The service was fast and without losing quality. The apartment was delivered to us in good condition and clean. So I recommend it for future rentals.
