    I lived in Knox Heights for 4 months in-between selling and buying a home. It was a fantastic experience - comfortable apartment, well maintained, friendly (and quiet) neighbors, and right in the heart of the most vibrant neighborhood in Dallas. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. I took full advantage of the area restaurants and coffee shops, and the Katy Trail. I recommend Knox Heights to anyone who is seeking a top notch urban living experience in Big D!!

    I had a perfect tour here, but unfortunately, I wasnt that interested in the unit. Now, parking security is a huge positive here, but the overall quality of the room I visited could have been better. The views were pretty horrific, and the room security was in question, being so low to the ground. The pool area was small, but the gym was decent. The rooms just couldve been better, the overall layout could have been better, and a lot of the appliances were beat up, scratched, dented, etc. That is why I am giving it a 4/5 which would be an 80% on a exam, above passing but not the best. I will say that the touring agent was super friendly and that the overall costs and fees associated with the unit and building were outstanding. That, along with the secure parking facility and patrol team, made this a top 7 property for me overall. I just wish the room quality was a bit better.

    Knox Heights has been a great apartment to live in for the past year. My unit is close to the elevator and I rarely hear anyone in the hallway and have never heard my neighbors through the walls. The apartment also has a security guard most nights.The location is great as Knox Heights is very walkable and close to restaurants, coffee shops, Trader Joes, and the Katy Trail. I do wish the Amazon lockers were used more often by delivery carriers, but also understand its not entirely in managements control. Overall, Id highly recommend living here!

    From touring to living at Knox Heights, everything was easy and transparent! Maya and Micayla in the office made our move from out of the area very smooth and stress free.The community and units are very clean and modern, and the neighborhood is beautiful and feels safe. We have had one minor maintenance issue that was resolved promptly over a holiday weekend.The one thing that stands out to me most is how friendly and welcoming everyone in the building has been. We love Knox Heights and have no regrets about choosing to live here!

    I’ve been living here for about 2 months and absolutely love it! Management and maintenance is great and the complex itself is amazing. :)My only feedback/changes would be to make visitor entry easier (right now I’m running up and down from the 6th floor) and to swap out some of the gym cardio equipment with another treadmill or two (they’re often completely occupied)/give the gym a facelift.

    Best apartment in Knox Henderson! Amenities are very nice and management / maintenance are all super friendly and helpful. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and only issues would be with garage security, which has been amped up tremendously and seems to be of top priority. Highly recommend living here!

    I’ve lived here for about a year now and would recommend it to anyone. The amenities are amazing and always clean. They help fix anything in your apartment quickly and the apartments are nice and new feeling themselves. Management is also so easy to contact and work with. Also there is a god community of people in the building!

    Overall good place to live location-wise. Apartment is a good space.The management staff major upgrade from pervious management company. Maintenance staff has always been quick to respond to issues.But major rent increases at renewal without any significant upgrades to apartments and the community as a whole (other than leasing office which doesn’t really benefit the community) is a bit of a red flag

    I have lived here for the last couple years and have really enjoyed being walkable to places like Trader Joe’s, Fox Trot, Anthropologie, and lululemon, Village baking co. The proximity to the Katy trail has been great since I love to walk almost everyday. I haven’t really had any issues with my apartment, and if so, maintenance is always on top of their stuff. I would give it 5 starts if it wasn’t so pricey but would highly recommend!

    Building is fairly new and nice still. My apartment is spacious with a great view. Plenty of parking in the garage. Complaints are that the elevator is incredibly slow and on many occasions people don’t clean up after their dogs, which is quite tactless. We have to pay for valet trash here (unnecessarily high fee, but the rent here is also expensive) and sometimes people leave trash cans out 24/7 even though they are told not to, but it isn’t enforced. Management has also changed multiple times in the past year so that is a hassle with having to set up a new rent payment system each time and not having continuity with office managers. Also, they removed a treadmill from the gym recently instead of paying to get it fixed/ buy a new one, which is unfortunate because the machines are used quite often. Haven’t had problems within my apartment yet, but poor circulation in the [large bathrooms] so you have to keep the A/C and fan running to try to dry showers out without getting pink mold.This neighborhood is one of the best and most charming in Dallas. This building has beautiful views (maybe unless you live on the side looking out on Highway 75?) and is just a few blocks from excellent shopping, top notch restaurants, Trader Joe’s, fitness studios, and Katy Trail.

    This is hands down my favorite apartment home Ive ever lived in. The location in Knox is wonderful with lots of great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. My apartment unit has great natural light and an excellent finish out. The common areas are beautiful, and the fitness room has top-notch equipment. But the best part is the staff. They are quick to respond to every request, and they are the friendliest leasing office youll find! I highly recommend you make this your next home!

    Knox heights has been nothing short of incredible. The staff is extremely pro-active if any repairs need to be made in the apartment and they take care of it in a matter of 1 business day. Hallways are quiet during night hours which has made our stay very enjoyable!

    I don’t live here (yet) but just toured with Micayla and wow what a breath of fresh air she was! I came in after a workout class at Rise Nation attached without an appointment not expecting to tour and without hesitation and a smile she said she could fit me in ( highly recommend making an appointment tho). She was professional, helpful, and tailored the entire tour to my specific needs. I’ve been on a lot of tours this past week and she’s the best salesperson I encountered. They’re under new management and The apartments themselves were extremely beautiful, clean, and put together. The coffee machine is very unique as well! Thank you Micayla for a great tour!

    Knox Heights is an absolutely beautiful property and the staff are even better! To know Angel, the assistant manager, is to love Angel. Angel truly cares about the residents and wants everyone to have the best living experience at Knox Heights. Angel is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience in the industry. Highly recommend everyone checking it out if you are in the area and leasing with them.

    Nice apartments all around. Nothing to complain about here. There is gated parking and a security guard in the parking garage at night. We have had no safety issues and have felt very safe here. Great area as well, close to Katy trail and Trader Joe’s.

    Knox Heights, so far, has been my favorite apartment complex to live at in Dallas, TX. The location is absolutely perfect for me and my husband! The apartment itself is awesome with just enough space for the both of us! 🤍

    I give to the management more than 5 stars. They have been always so kind, welcoming and helpful. Some staff changed during our stay but the quality never changed. I could tell that this great management quality was set by Jorge Rios. He was very engaged with all the residents and issues that came up. He was also a great facilitator. He came up with wonderful event ideas to make this complex a unique place to live in. I loved the strong community feeling he established. I will remember our days in Knox Heights with great memories.. THANK YOU this was the BEST place to live in the Knox Area and our experience could not be any better! - PS: I had toured other comparable complexes in the area before our move in and Knox Heights had the best unit floor plans and my five stars also go for the floor plans and scale of the complex.

    Very nice building in a great neighborhood. New management is doing a great job with small touches and surprises for residents. Much more responsive and helpful than prior management teams. Would definitely recommend living here.

    I began the process of looking for a new apartment home in the knox/hendersen area. Many options to choose from but Knox Heights stood out the most. The apartments are beautiful with great light and finish outs and will be a perfect place to live. While the apartments are beautiful, the other amenities (pool, club house, fitness facility) will all get their use. Marlyn McLaughlin is GREAT to work with. She was responsive in following up after my first visit as well as keeping on top of things throughout the leasing process. She is very friendly and importantly knowledgeable about the property, the community and the neighborhood and overall just an awesome person to work with. I made a good decision. Be sure to check this place out if you are looking to move.

    I am so impressed with the service we got in leasing a new apartment at Knox Heights. Marlyn was amazing at helping us through the process. She helped with electric and renters insurance. She went above and beyond the expected efforts. I am so impressed with all the amenities that she showed us. I’m so excited about starting my next chapter here at Knox Heights.

    Great building, as long as you dont have loud upstairs neighbors. Luckily I was able to move across the building to the top floor. There were issues with pipes knocking in the walls, but maintenance did an amazing job fixing that and every other issue I had. Management has done a good job of making steady improvements. Unfortunately the sliding doors were made of cheap vinyl and will creak in the wind, but thats the only annoyance I had! Would live there again.

    Great place to live! Walking distance from so many coffee shops, restaurants, and the trail. Pet friendly and pretty well kept. Maintenance is always quick to fix things when needed and have had no issues with management.

    We just signed a lease with Knox Heights and although we have not moved in yet, we have had a great experience working with Marlyn. She has been attentive to details pertaining to move-in and has been helpful with any questions/concerns weve had. We visited 10+ communities and Marlyn was one of the few leasing agents we met that made us feel welcome, and every resident that we ran into while viewing the property she knew by name. Its important for us to feel like the company cares about their residents and Marlyn has definitely made us feel part of the KH family.We look forward to moving in and would highly recommend checking out this property -- its in a great location and the property/amenities all look clean and cared for.

    Wow! Me & my love bug went to tour this property today and might I say the level of service we received was top notch and 5 star. Andrea was our lease consultant today and might I say she blew our minds! Nether-less to mention we we’re her first tour for herself and us as well!     Heres a fairly indepth review about Knox Heights:Ive been living here for 2 months now and love it here! My wife and I just got out of the military, so moving around so much makes us really picky when it comes to apartment hunting. We visited all the apartments around the Knox shopping district and liked Knox Heights the best. It was recently built, so its nice to be the first occupants in a brand new unit. Its definately feels like luxury apartment style living.Staff- The staff is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. They are very organized and professional. They are also very accommodating and really seem to care about the tenants. On site maintenance staff is also really responsive and will almost always fix your issue the same day.Unit-The units are definitely a step above the rest in terms of feeling luxurious. Our unit has a giant walk in closet with the washer and dryer in the closet (brilliant!). Our unit also has big windows and lets in a ton of natural light. The kitchen is all quarts stone counter tops and have new modern appliances.Ammenities- 24 hour office center is convenient to print stuff anytime. The gym is small but has everything you need (dumbels, treadmill, machines for upper and lower body, rower, pull up bar etc.) Pool is beautiful but I heard it wasnt heated. Parking has never been an issue for me, probably because they currently have a low occupancy.Location- Weird but one of our criteria for apartments was to be walking distance away from Trader Joes (check!). Uptown Knox also has so many great shops and restaurants all walking distance! There is also a nice running trail right near by. But probably most important is that we feel safe walking around here at night.Pros:-luxurious units with tons of light and big closet space-very secure (you need a key fob to get in, and walk through the building, and for your unit)-great staff (as mentioned above)-easy parking (I can usually park right next to the elevator)-Location (Uptown Dallas- tons of shops and restaurants. Neighborhood feels very safe)-great view (if you live on floors 4-6)-valet trash (they pick up your trash when u leave it outside your door at night)-neighbors are all very friendly-I get over 100mbps internet speed here with specrum (I pay $44 a month for just internet)-quiet- either I have really quiet neighbors or this place has really thick walls. I havent heard anything from adjacent units.-lease termination fee is only 1 month rentCons (looks like a lot but they are all pretty minor):- a bit pricey (around $1900+[at the time of this review] for a 1 bedroom unit) but we did the math and overall it wasnt very much more than some other comparable apartments around (but a lot nicer imo)-If you like same day Amazon Prime shipping like me, packages arent receivable after the leasing office closes at 6pm :(.-most packages need to be picked up from the leasing office only during business hours (9-6)...But then you get to chat with the really friendly leasing staff (so could be a pro too?)-to park behind the gate at night you need a texas toll tag-pool isnt heated (so Ive heard)-brand new buildings always have a few minor maintenance issues to be worked out- you might lose reception going through the elevator with Verizon (but ive had no issues anywhere else with Sprint or Verizon)-valet trash is $25 a month and not optionalOverall there isnt very much at all that we dont like about Knox Heights. Ive lived in over a dozen different apartments and this is the best one yet. I highly recommend this apartment!Note: I was not in any way influenced or compensated for the content of this review

    This is a great place to live. The staff does a great job of communicating and they seem like they care. We’ve all lived in places where the staff doesn’t take care of their residents (or care), but KH is different. They do all they can to provide a great place to live and they are very accommodating to all residents. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend living here!

    I have lived at KH for 9 months & I LOVE my apartment! The location, the price & the staff are amazing! I feel deeply for the staff having to adjust to new protocols due to the pandemic & then on top of that the snow storm everyone in TX had to deal with. In no way was ANY of this their fault nor are they to blame. They are people too & it is not right for people to hide behind negative comments when everyone is trying to do their best. This world could use more kindness & Jonelle & her staff have been nothing but wonderful to me throughout my stay at KH! Keep up the good work! Here’s to better days ahead!

    Let me start by saying that while I ended up signing at a different GreyStar property, this was by far the most pleasant and informative tour I’ve been given out of the 8 properties I’ve toured this week.Cierra was one of the sweetest and most professional leasing agents I’ve met! She was very knowledgeable and presented many different options to suit my needs. She got me to fall in love with a floor plan that was slightly above my budget and then worked with management to try and get a lower price to fit my budget. I would rate her 6 ⭐️ if I could!Beautiful property with more amenities for your $$$ than anywhere else in town. I would be thrilled to live here but decided on somewhere less luxury for a lower price while I save to buy a house.

    I experienced the BEST customer service from Marlyn. She was so patient and informative and went above and beyond to help me choose the best apartment for me. She is very genuine and did what she could to rush my move-in and sat with us every step of the way to get everything taken care of so fast!! Amazing customer service.... I cannot wait to move in!
