    I have been with Knightvest for 5 years. Working for this company has honestly been the best transition of my life. I started out new to the industry as a leasing agent and have been given the opportunity to grow within the company to my current position as a Business Manager.     My family and I have had an amazing experience with one of the maintenance staff members, Edward, at the Mueller location. He has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond for us, including helping us to restart our car when a light inside had burned through the battery overnight. He helped install our new washing machine and dryer when ours had broken down, and has overall been incredibly kind to our family, including our dogs, since he has joined. I cannot express my thanks enough to him for all of his help with our various needs at this apartment, he has been absolutely phenomenal.

    Best management company. I rented at the tempe location San Marino. Office staff was amazing the entire time. I also had the pleasure to meet the Maintenance Supervisor Rob and one of his assistants.. must say hands down best complex out there

    I was doing the math and I’ve moved 9 times in ten years. I just couldn’t find a place that I liked from top to bottom. I moved into Madison at Bellmar about two years ago. I was happy when I moved in. Two years later I resigned by lease for a third year. Every year they subtly improve the property. The property management team, which was great when I moved in has since developed into an excellent team. Issues are always handled in a prompt and timely fashion. The maintenance team is excellent as well. Thank you from a very happy resident.

    I absolutely LOVE Knightvest! You are not only a co-worker but a part of a big family. I have been with Knightvest almost 2 years and I can happily say that I feel that I have never worked for such a great company.Our apartments we offer are also luxurious and the customer service is absolutely superb. My grandma recently moved in to one of our properties from a house and is in LOVE with her new home. I would highly recommend these high quality apartments homes to anyone looking to make a move to a new home!

    I have never been more impressed with a management company. While consistently focused on business and revenue, the company 100% looks at people before investment. Employees and Residents are treated as family, which in turn is the first investment given towards succeeding for many years to come. I have never experienced such a solid support system with knowledge and heart to back everything up! Very impressed!

    Management has done great things around the community, staff is always so helpful and positive. I love the community events, the newsletters have been helpful during this difficult time. Its nice to know I live in a nice community whos involved with residents and makes it feel like home.

    This is a great property. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. The office staff is very patient, informative and take the time to walk you through any problems you may have. The maintenance team are quick to get the work orders finished and completed with care. I’ll live here forever.

    Management at 301 Greenville are the best! Mahogany and Diamond are professional, courteous and truly want to help their residents feel at home. Great community and location. Floor plans are perfect and they offer a ton of upgrades at an affordable price.

    I love the variety of properties that Knightvest Manages. I lived at the Madison and now I live at the Everton. The leasing staff for Bellmar/Madison, Everton, Waterfall, Riverfall are amazing. Paulina gives exceptional service and care. The properties are all well maintained and inspected. Love IT.
