Carl and his team - Cecilia, Mariana and Pete - were great to work with the last year as a tenant of one of their managed properties.Carl is professional and very helpful. Hes extremely responsive despite being the owner. You can tell hes hands-on!Cecilia and Mariana were so friendly and helpful. And Pete from maintenance was so welcoming - he even brought donuts to share during move-in while he worked on a few last minute items (because I requested an earlier move-in date, which they accommodated.)Overall I cant say enough great things about the whole staff. They are certainly the ones to entrust your home to or entrust to lease you a great home!

Great company. Cecilia and Carl worked with us during our moving process and it was very easy. They know what they are doing and they know their business. They responded quickly to every maintenance request we had. Cecilia is super sweet and very throughout and Carl is always ready to answered any question you can possible have. Sometimes I have to text Carl very early in the morning due to my busy schedule(resident physician right here) and he has always answered even at 6:00 am 😳 I don’t know how he does it but he does. We moved to the McAllen area last summer 20 and first worked with Carl. He was very professional, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and understood exactly what we were looking for and needed for our new home. Our move in process was quick and easy! Something we totally appreciated due to moving from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. Nice home and neighborhood, well kept home, if ever any maintenance issues, Carl and/or Cecilia have them taken care of it right away.Once our lease was up this summer, there was a slight hiccup but Cecilia took care of us and immediately found us a much much better home in a beautiful location! She made sure all of our needs were met and that we were happy here! The move out/ move in process again was very quick and easy. She too is very professional and helpful and caring, extremely friendly and welcoming!! My family and I cant imagine working with any other property management company other than Keyrenter Property Management. Thank you for all that you do!

Carl helped me sell my house, and I couldnt be more satisfied with his drive and determination to make it happen. He is a great guy to work with. He is someone you can trust to look out for you and deliver positive results. Carl takes the time to understand your situation, go over different options, and finds a way to overcome any obstacles. He is upfront, very resourceful and efficient in getting things done. I was glad to see him there at my closing because I had questions on some of the legal language. He explained things clearly and offered good advice. I would highly recommend Carl. I cant imagine anyone being unhappy with his service.

Very happy with my experience! Been living in my cozy 3 bedroom a little over a year now and haven’t had any issues. I’ve also been very happy with how understanding Carl has been throughout this pandemic. It’s a nice feeling when management shows that they care about their tenants. I called yesterday about my sink being broken and I had Pete the handy man here this morning getting it fixed. Such a great guy.

We moved from Houston and had a hard time finding a house to rent. Houses were moving so fast in McAllen you nearly had to commit the day you saw the posting. Starting from our move, to immediate attention issues and even minor details (like the lawn people mowed my welcome mat), Carl has been able to handle each issue with the attention necessary to keep a tenant happy. Ive rented at Del Apartments going on 4 months now and my experience could not be any better. Carl is always available if I have any questions and always helps. Have not had any issues with my apartment what so ever. Everything works great and we feel comfortable and at home. The complex makes you feel safe with how well lit everything is.
