Amazing group of people to deal with from start to finish! Only had one issue the entire time with the house we were renting and it was fixed the very next day. Had to leave the house early due to the military and every step in the process was simple and explained easily by our property manager, Sheila. Keyenter has managed a property for me in Kyle for several years now, and theyve kept things running smoothly the whole time. Keyrenter has enabled me to be mostly hands off, so I could focus my time and energy on family and work. I have had very minimal vacancy and the tenants they screened and recommended always paid rent on time.They quickly addressed any maintenance issues that come up and my Property Manager, Sheila, keeps me in the loop as needed.After looking back on the last few years, I was happy with my decision to use and stick with Keyrenter and highly recommend them if you are an owner looking for a good team to work with.

I don’t regret renting from Keyrenter. From the start, the staffs are very accommodating and very quick to respond. They make sure your questions are answered promptly. I just had an issue with my dishwasher last week, and Marjorie was able to send someone out promptly and get the dishwasher fixed! Lovely experience indeed so far!

Keyretner has managed our property in Austin since 2021 and we havent had any issues. Weve lived out of state and out of the country the entire time and never had to worry about a thing. They took care of everything, from finding great tenants to repairs, and provided great communication, to include monthly account statements, all at a reasonable price. If we have any questions or concerns, my property manager Sheila is quick to respond. Overall, a great experience.

I have used this property management company for several years after leaving a company with incredibly poor communication. The single family residence is in another city so it was important to me to have a company that would exercise diligence is finding excellent tenants and maintaining my investment. I particularly like the transparency of my monthly owner statements and how quickly they follow up on tenant concerns. I work closely with Anna and Sheila who are always responsive and understand this is an investment, not a write off that I dont care about. I want tenants treated the way I would like to be treated and Keyrenter does that on my behalf.

I’ve only gone through the leasing process, but I worked with Preston and he’s been really great! The market has been tough and it’s my first time leasing a home, so it’s been incredibly helpful that Preston kept me updated and reassured during this process as well as having calls to double check specifics about potential tenants. His priority was definitely to find the best tenant in the shortest amount of time, but without pressuring me to move forward with anything I was uncomfortable with just to get a lease signed.

Once we filled out an application Ivan Ayala was our main point of contact and was very professional and efficient in making sure we submitted the application and got all required documentation turned in. Ive had mixed experiences with previous property management groups but this is one that works with out a heavy hand in your living space. When we first moved in we experienced AC issues but after a little interaction, management replaced the whole unit without issue and I started seeing saving in my electric bill immediately.Their website and payment systems are also easy to use, which is a nice bonus.Thanks Sheila for taking care of us

My experience with KeyRenter was nothing short of amazing. I was able to use my Realtor LaRhonda to not only close on my investment property but also use her as the property manager to get my property on the market quickly. She provided weekly updates and statuses. It was great to have keyrenter as my property is a lil ways out and to have her manage everything including the lawn service was so load lifting to me. LaRhonda always communicated regularly with market updates and kept me in the know without me asking. I have worked with over 7 different rental companies in my renting life and keyrenter had the best customer service, which given their role is the most important quality. I worked with Xanax in Austin and she was consistently friendly even when I wasn’t and support my interests as a renter. We had one incident where they were closed over the weekend and due to a lot of poor circumstances I couldn’t get service for my A/C. That Monday I was livid and not kind on the phone. Xanat stayed completely professional and understanding through basically my tirade. She calmly explained the situation which, in retrospect, was reasonable from their end. She negotiated a rent decrease with my landlord for my troubles and helped me get immediate service on a Monday morning. She handed it better than I would or any rental representative I’ve ever worked with would have. 5 stars

I am writing this review as a property owner. This is the first of my properties I have decided to rent out through a management company. I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing but Kelley Hickey was able to guide me through the process. Out of the three companies I interviewed Keyrenter had the highest monthly percentage charge but they did not have the fees and hidden costs of the other two companies. Kelley was very honest and transparent with me. We discussed the contract in great detail and I was comfortable signing it after discussing it with her. Derrick was the person who then took over and got my place rented very quickly. He was also very informative and transparent with me. I look forward to a good partnership with Keyrenter going forward. I will update my review at 6 months and then 1 year but so far the beginning stages of our relationship has been very good.

I have just started working with Keyrenter Property Management team to manage my property in Austin and so far the experience has been great. It has not been very long since I have started to manage my property through them, but so far so good. When I called in the beginning before I decided to go with them, I had multiple conversations and had many questions for them. Jonathan was very responsive and patiently addressed all my queries. I like that everything is online, including funds. I also like the fact that I get a regular report and updates. Once I signed up with Keyrenter, the team has exceeded my expectations so far and has been very professional and proactive each step of the way. Jonathan, John and Kary have kept me informed about everything, and it was a delight meeting Jonathan in person. I look forward to working with them and hope to continue to manage my property with them. And the biggest thing which i saved for last - THEY GOT MY HOUSE RENTED and PRETTY SOON ! Sandy at Keyrenter is awesome!!First let me start off by saying that I have worked with other rental companies in the past and have not had the best experiences. The associates are usually very pushy and more interested in landing a deal than actually helping me find a good fit for me and my family. I recently moved to Austin for work, and house hunting has been such a nightmare. Sandy was very patient and understanding of my needs and took the time to give me many options, and was also able to keep me within my budget just as i asked!
