Through my agent, we found this property. We went to the Key Properties website to complete our application process. That was pretty straightforward and simple to use. Mattie was the agent helping us along this process. She was very helpful and patient with us! We couldnt have asked for a better experience. We hope this experience continues to be great for us! We’ve been renting a house from Key Properties for a little over a year now. They have been an amazing property management company, definitely the best that myself and my husband have ever rented from. When something has needed a repair they have been so responsive to every work order we’ve submitted and the problem is always handled super quickly.

We have been one of Shirley’s competitors for 30 years now & can honestly say that she is very fair & always above board. The bad reviews appear to be disgruntled tenants that either didn’t get their way or are upset about decisions that owners made- not the manager.

Lived at my Key Property for a little over 2 years now. Ive lived in a lot of rentals, and this is easily my favorite rental company Ive had. The online tenant portal makes paying my rent easy and I like that I can pay in advance when I have the money to. The managers are always easy to communicate with and are really helpful, and Renee at reception is a gem. Im very grateful for their flexibility during the start of the pandemic. Work orders (also on tenant portal) get addressed by satisfactory, polite vendors in a timely manner and they always make sure to communicate before arriving. Best of all, my place is priced extremely fairly and I feel like every penny of it is utilized really well. If who you rent from is important to you, Key Properties is a solid choice.Edit: A lot of these complaints seem to be from tenants who didnt read through their lease before they signed and dont like the consequences of that. Dont be one of those people. Read your contracts before you sign, folks. Thats not Keys responsibility and its not their fault if you fail to do so.

As an owner, couldnt ask for a better Property Management Company to represent me. 5 STARS!They show Great Ownership of their business with its professional staff that isvery responsive to the tenants and owners. My units are slightly old and they manage it excellent for me. I always see them take over problems and repairs that would make me quit rentals if I had to handle it myself.Work is easy for those who dont have to do it - which means I VALUE THEM GREATLY. Their fees are reasonable and crew of contractor tradesmen good workers that deliver the Product quickly and fairly priced with no callbacks.Excellent Value and my best investment for the kids College fund.Great Texans - Im always impressed at their hospitality and concern for your best interests. They treat me like family and I love buying the Office lunch to show my gratitude. I know what hard work is and they make it so easy to be a Landlord.Mrs. Baker is an excellent realtor who formed a great team. Their Paperwork and use of Tech/Website reports is spot on. Digital transfer of funds for expensive repairs - seamless and secure with their website.Again, Five Stars, you wont be disappointed with them.

We have been with Key Properties for 5 years now and LOVE them. Shirley and Renee have always taken great care of any issues we have ever had with our home. They work well with the homeowners and are always professional and prompt. The contractors they use are all courteous, professional, and efficient. If you are looking for someone to manage your property, I think you will be very happy with them. If you are looking for a home to lease, Key Properties is a fabulous company to work with. They are great property managers and landlords. They will fix things quickly and try to check in if things are wrong. Ignore the negative reviews, just pay rent on time, keep the place clean, and if you need something ask.

I recently closed on a home working with Lisa Cook. This property was placed in a Land Trust which is a bit uncommon and Lisa Cook listened well and made it smooth and easy. She is friendly, prompt to respond and an overall pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend using her if you are interested in buying or selling a home.

Key Properties have always been great communicators. A person answers the phone during normal business hours.They do not rely on an automated system. Their system is very user friendly, for example when a maintenance issue is turned in through the tenant portal - a work order is issued to a vendor the same day. If you are a potential tenant looking for a rental or an owner looking for a management company call Key Properties.

Best management company we have ever done business with! We have been renting for a year with them and they are always super nice and they are always professional. When we send in maintenance requests they respond quickly and the issue is usually taken care of within a few days. Just a great company, I honestly dont have any complaints about them!
