I have lived here for some time now. My experience living there has been great! Management is very professional, personable and if there is an issue with the unit management and maintenance work together expediently for a solution. It is Quiet and family oriented here. I am very happy about my home : )

I am a Current resident of Kenedy Heights, and I have so far had a great Experience. Any Maintenance issues are solved immediately. Ms. Amanda the manager is very personable and builds a relationship with her tenants. It is hard to ask for a better apartment living experience.

Very professional and kind management personel. Prompt attention to maintenance requests. Very quiet property. Never any problems. Friendly & respectful neighbors. Pest control 100% great. Gym is convenient and felt safe. My son and I loved living here.

I’ve been in these apartments for 6-7 months now. I have no complaints. The apartments are well kept and Rosemarie is a delight to deal with. The only thing I will say is water pressure could be better and the hot water is weird sometimes. It still works and the water pressure does get the job done. I’ve stayed in quite a few apartments in my years and these are great. The area is pretty quiet and haven’t had any issues with theft or anything like that. I’d stay here again if I had to choose hands down.

I am in town working and need to find a place . I had a really good viewing with the manager she was very helpful and she takes really good care of her complex. I was very impressed and hopeful Ill be signing a lease really soon..

Not a good place. Pay for pest control monthly but only come every 4-6 months with one day notice, if that. Apartment would throw main breaker outside if I ran oven and dryer or microwave at same time and was told because I had too many fans going. Took a week to get new hot water heater. AC would shut off due to water not draining. Was told because I wasnt changing filter(I changed it monthly) and nothing done to fix it.

I’ve been living in this apartment for almost 3 years!! It is quite, clean and safe which is my main concern when I first moved here. The location is perfect which is a block away from the Main Street. Rosemaries is the manager, whenever i got a problem she response my message Right the way which is awesome. Strongly recommend this place.

Front office lady is excellent with assistance & maintenance is always outstanding with work orders we put in ! It’s always a meritorious clean environment to live in, my little family loves it here.

Rosemarie and the maintenance man are always polite. Respect my privacy. They are kind and always cordial. For just the two of them they do what they can to keep us all happy and are prompt in calling me back.
