Britni White made my move seamless and handled everything with care and great professionalism. They truly care about the renter and their needs. Britni was very straightforward with the fees and terms of the rental and is very knowledgeable about her profession. Customer service is unmatched with this company and if only other property management companies followed suite they would have happy tenants. Thank you Kemp Properties and I am excited to move in.

I have been a resident for almost a year now and I really cant say enough great things about where I live. Its comfortable, in a good area, close to the schools and in close proximity to shopping and other amenities. Affordable and good management.Lastly, the office staff is one of a kind. They are personable and truly care about you as a resident. I never feel like I am just a number or apartment to them... they know me and care about how I am doing! They are always willing to work with you and help you out as much as they can. Like I said before I really cant say enough great things about Kemp Properties and look forward to staying here forever.

Kemp Properties(Shay & Britni) has been GOD sent! My son is a college student at Lamar University(Beaumont) & I live in Houston. They made the leasing process so easy. With me being out of town it was important to me that my son and his roommates were in good hands. During Christmas break, their house flooded due to busted pipes from the winter storm & they notified us immediately in Houston. Again they were very helpful and assisted with the insurance process. Even though they swiftly repaired and treated the house for mold prevention; MOLD showed its ugly face. Again we were in an unlikely situation 2 weeks before the Fall semester. I reached out to Shay & Britni and they didnt disappoint. My son and his roommates were moved to another house. Kemp has been SUPERB!! They have truly treated us like family.

Kemp properties are an awesome group and a great place to rent. The ladies in the office are a great team. Anytime you have a problem it gets addressed and corrected. Any questions you have they have the answers. Maintenance department is always working hard daily and always look busy. This is just a great group of people. I would and have recommended Kemp properties to people in the future

Me and my Fiancé have lived in the bungalow apartments for about a year now. We’ve never had a problem out of the management. They have always been easy to contact and they quickly respond. Anytime we’ve had a problem it was fixed right away. Same goes for maintenance. The apartments are nice and spacious. The balcony is nice to sit on. The area is super quiet, wonderful neighbors, and awesome laundry room. We have had an amazing time renting with Kemp Properties. If we do happen to come back to Nederland to live we will most definitely be renting with Kemp Properties again.

The ladies in the office have been nothing short than absolutely amazing. From being professional yet making it personal when it comes to caring and uplifting their tenantsThe properties at Kemp properties are very well kept. Managed with perfection and styled with grace. If your looking for a place to rent, recommend you to go to Whitney and shay at Kemp properties in Nederland.The houses and apartments you have to choose from are phenomenal.. I love the fact, they are smoke free and fenced in back yard they also allow you to have pets.. the maintenance team is the best!!! They are always on call no matter what day or time it is.they come in a timely manner and very respectful.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I absolutely LOVE my townhouse and Kemp Properties! Ive been here for a year and just signed my renewal because this company actually cares about the tenants. The owner is often around and makes a point to come out and speak to myself, my kids, and any other tenant that comes in the office. I have seen a recent post (which actually prompted this review) regarding an upset tenant about a mildew issue. I know everyones experience is not the same but i happened to be in the office when that tenant was requesting someone to come look at her issue. Shes telling the story wrong and that angers me because social media and bad reviews can do so much damage and seldom does anyone take time out to make post unless theres a problem. The property manager actually got the maintenance man on the phone immediately and got him to go and check out the situation. She was treated very kindly by the ladies in the office and the entire team DID express concern for her dilemma. The maintenance man came back in the office with his own pictures showing that the residue she was claiming to be mold was actually very dry and wiped off with the swipe of a cloth. The real reason for her post is an attempt to retaliate because she was charged a fee for breaking her lease early. When she came in the office and barked out her complaint she also let it be known she had already found another place and would be moved out by the weekend. Its explained in the lease there is a charge for that so making a bad review about a great company because your conniving tales were proven false is just morally incorrect. Im going to ask my neighbors to come here and truthfully give their reviews as well so that the public can see that its not just my opinion but this truly is an amazing place to live. Mr Kemp stays in the high 90s if not 100% occupied across the board and my particular townhomes never have vacancies! Thats because he really runs a great company and the new girls in the office are cheerful and helpful anytime Ive been there to see them. 5 stars across the board for Kemp Properties 🤗💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have leased with kemp for well over a year. Iwithinthat time there have been some maintence requirements as would any other place. Our water hear stopped getting as warm as it used to and the maintance department addressed it right away if for not moving to an area much further away we would lease from them indefinitely our lease process was quick and painless and thier office staff were always friendly and attentive

I wanted to write a review because I know I pay attention to these. I was searching for a 3rd party manager and called. Turns out, they dont do third party, but was extremely helpful in offering advice and who to try. The lady who answered the phone could have just said we dont do that and left it at that. She was pleasant and took the time to offer help and suggestions to a complete stranger. This says alot about a persons character. Just thought prospective customers should know my experience.
