This was the first time I was renting a house. I rented from them for a little over 2 years, and it a great experience. The team is very friendly and professional. They were very clear with all communication. My maintenance needs were met very quickly. Ill most definitely recommend renting from this company. They dont disappoint!

I have a few homes that KA Property manages for me. So far all mytenants are good, they screen them and I’ve been luckily to get good tenants. Their team is good on getting their guys to come fix and repair stuff around the properties as needed. Major repairs were done only if I approved first. It’s been so hot this summer and the HVAC on one of the homes was busted. They were able to negotiate the best price for a brand new HVAC for me. I really appreciate them looking out for my budget. They have staff members around the clock to answer my emails very quickly. Communication is their strong point. You just can’t beat that kind of customer service!
