    Justin has sold two homes for us, and both were under contract in the first week for full listing price! Hes also helped us buy two homes, and was very helpful through the process. One home was new construction, but the other was an older home that he helped us do a complete renovation on. The dumpster trailer he provides has been a major convenience both of the times we had a need for it! I would absolutely use Justin again and will always recommend him. His knowledge of the 380 corridor market is excellent!

    We have used Justins services three times now: twice as sellers, once as a buyer. Im convinced that no one knows the prices and quirks of our little area of 380 better than Justin. He also knows real estate in general very well. Every time there was some negotiation with the other party, Justin predicted the numbers that would go back and forth with amazing accuracy. He also has a remodeling company and can provide you with rough estimates for work on the spot, which is invaluable when home shopping!! During our most recent transaction we had a hail claim just a couple days before closing. Justin went above and beyond to make sure the transaction still happened and didnt stop working until he figured out a solution to help us close ASAP.Highly recommend!
