I have lived at Reserve@Creekbend since Oct 2017 when Hurricane Harvey flooding displaced me from my home. Ive been a very satisfied renter and that is due to efficient property management by Alicia and Creekbend Team!All of my maintenance requests are handled very promptly, even after hours! My pipes burst in the bathroom after the BiG Freeze and flooded my bedroom!They came that night and pulled up all the carpet, vacuumed the water, and repairs the pipes ,wall , and carpet within 24hrs!I highly recommend this property because they treat you with respect and its a nice place to live! -

This management company is absolutely the best in Houston. I have lived at other management companies in Houston and no other has treated me with respect and honesty like this company has. I visited their 5 SW locations before making a decision and was treated wonderfully at all their locations. Way to go Judwin! -
