JMB has worked with me for over 4 years, and Im very impressed by their highly professional services, and solid process/protocols all the way from leasing the unit till tenants moving out. Jeanette has been my property manager, and she is just awesome! My property is a bit old, thus there are maintenance issues from time to time. Some of them are easy, and a few are hard. Jeanette handled them all smoothly and patiently. All tenants that JMB found for me were excellent, and taking good care of the property. Im selling my property now, thus discontinued the service. Highly highly recommend!! -

JMB is currently handling 6 units/doors in San Antonio. They do an amazing job handling everything from leasing to collecting rents and maintenance. Have not had any issues to date and very satisfy with their response. They take care of any surprises promptly without any issues. I love collecting my passive income. -

UPDATE: Since my first review, we have moved back to the U.S. and added more homes to our portfolio with JMB. Nine years into our relationship with JMB, the company now manages 7 homes for us, including a multi-unit property, and we continue to be very happy with the service and care we get from Jeanette and the whole JMB team. Im just as much of a fan of Jeanettes as I was in the beginning and have complete trust in her. I love the fact that she can now list our properties when they are up for renewal, so that everything we need to have managed is handled by one person. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend JMB to anyone looking for property management.*******************************Original review: We moved the management of our four rental properties over to JMB less than a year ago and we have been absolutely thrilled with their service and responsiveness. We had plenty of problems with our previous management and the transfer wasnt easy for JMB (because of the previous manager) but Jeanette worked through the obstacles and was totally on top of things from the start.Living overseas, what we appreciate most is Jeanettes responsiveness to our questions and the proactive way she manages the properties when leases are coming up for renewal or if there is a problem. I know shes got our back and that things will be done well and in a timely manner. Moreover, I appreciate having a single point of contact for everything related to the house. Jeanette may get other people involved in various activities or to handle things, but I know I can ask her anything and shell be able to provide the answer.We couldnt be happier - in fact, we just wish we had made the decision to switch to JMB sooner! -

Never really have any issues, which is nice. They are very understanding when I have to break my rent up into 2 payments. Someone comes to mow the lawn and I dont get bothered, literally a win win! -

When youre looking for a Property Manager for an out of state property you can search the internet, read reviews and make phone calls. In the end were all looking for peace of mind in a Property Manager that we can trust to be fair and professional.Ive been with JMB for less than a year and Im happy with my choice for my Austin property. Jason has always been fantastic with me and Jeanette [their property manager] is awesome. JMB provides me the professionalism, sincerity and peace of mind that I was looking for. Jeanette is very responsive, kind, and fair. ive never had an issue with maintenance requests and she takes the time to communicate and work with you should there be an issue. Its easy to get caught up in the bustle of the real estate market and JMB is a breath of fresh air. they made the lease signing easy and convenient and i would recommend this company to my friends and anyone interested in renting with them. -

As out of town landlords, JMB has helped us turn around a quadplex with thorough tenant background checks, regular check ins on the property, rent collection, communication with the City departments when necessary, suggestions for enhancements to the property, managing repairs, etc. Jeanette in particular is reliable, helpful & has a good feel for decisions that we need assistance with from out of town. -
